Wake up to the gorgeous views, the passing river traffic, the crossing ferries or watch the glorious sunsets after a day’s activities.

If you have a good pair of binoculars, you’ll enjoy the views even more!!

Decorated in a modern style with quality furnishings, this is a very charming apartment retaining the Royal William Yard’s original character. Superbly equipped, features include a comfortable open plan lounge area with smart TV and sofa, dining table with four chairs, and free WiFi.

The spacious bedrooms have a comfortable king size beds, plenty of wardrobe storage space and the ever essential hairdryer.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine, toaster and all the utensils to go with them.

There are two well-appointed tiled bathrooms featuring a bath with hand shower in one and a walk-in shower in the other. Both bathrooms also have a sink, toilet, chrome fittings and large wall mirror.

The apartment also has a utility room which has a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning utensils.

The apartment comes with full linen and towels.

Great location in quality accommodation with flexibility to dine in or out

Great views over the Tamar Estuary, quality accommodation, great alternative to 2 hotel twin/double rooms at similar cost, but staying somewhere with some character. Modern well equipped kitchen so you can dine if you fancy a change from the good choice of restaurants onsite. Bedrooms and bathrooms are as good as any 4* hotel.
