Vinya Gran is one of the most opulent villas in our portfolio, boasting a seemingly endless swimming pool, sauna*, Jacuzzi, private gym and tennis court. Set on twenty acres of land in the Northern tip of Mallorca, Vinya Gran is an unparalleled luxury hideaway.

This five-bedroom residence was built in traditional Spanish style, set within a lush garden of mature palms and manicured trees. The eighteen metre swimming pool is spectacular and even has a separate shallow children’s area (0.7m deep). A spacious poolside deck houses loungers and dining areas, to enjoy the amazing surroundings. When you’re not swimming laps, try your hand at ping pong or set up a game of doubles on your private tennis court.

The interiors of Vinya Gran are so welcoming, with rustic stone walls, wooden, beamed ceilings and furniture and slouchy couches. The kitchen beckons you to try out some Spanish recipes. With an opulent touch, the villa has its own sauna* and Jacuzzi room. Imagine sweating it out on the tennis court, back in for a spritz and then relax in the sauna* and Jacuzzi! There is a twin bedroom situated in a separate annexe, which has its own seating area, dining table and chairs. It’s a perfect addition for a couple or older teens.

The villa is located in Puerto Pollensa which has a relaxed beach vibe. There are two super stretches of beach, a pretty promenade and a chic marina. You’ll find old stone houses and cobbled lanes, family run restaurants and lots of nice coastal walks here.

Mobility Statement
To access the villa there is a 170cm wide path along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 85cm and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge doors which are 160cm wide and the kitchen doors which are 75cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 220cm wide and also the grounds are flat. The pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the only bedroom on the ground floor and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 55cm wide which is the only bathroom on the ground floor.
