Finca Boquer in Pollensa

Large country house with a private pool between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Finca Boquer is a traditional country home with a fabulous outdoor area.

Finca Almez is located in the countryside between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 3,5 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa is also at 5 kilometres travelling distance from Finca Boquer. The long seafront promenade has splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor and is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Boquer is a spacious 4-bedroom house with a fantastic outdoor area. On the ground floor is the spacious, open-plan living and dining area, furnished in traditional style. The exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and decorative wood-burning stove create a cosy ambience. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, while the dining area with a large table and chairs for 8 people is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to a gallery overlooking the living area, where there is a second mezzanine seating area and a terrace with mountain views. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Another twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a separate bathroom are on the first floor. The double bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the pool and olive groves.

The second double bedroom is accessed from the pool terrace. This bedroom has a small sitting area and an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

Air conditioning/heating is available in all bedrooms. In line with local energy saving guidelines, the air conditioning units in the bedrooms run on timers with set operating hours from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

Finca Boquer has a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a large pool, BBQ house and plenty of seating. A pool table and a table tennis table are available at the pool house. The finca also has a spacious private parking space for several rental cars.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.

Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms and is running on a timer for 13 hours from 17:30 to 19:30 and 22:00 to 09:00 hours. (These times cannot be extended and/or changed).
