La propriété est située dans l'une des meilleures parcelles à Puerto Pollensa, Boquer, entouré par des montagnes avec d'excellentes vues panoramiques sur la baie et à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre de Puerto vues.
La villa est orientée au sud, est divisé en trois niveaux:
Étage principal, hall d'entrée: cour, lumineux salon et l'accès à une terrasse couverte 70m2 meublé avec vue sur mer spectaculaire, salle à manger ouvrant sur une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et une toilette. Rez de chaussée: Trois chambres doubles avec salle de bains et grand dressing (grande terrasse orientée), une chambre simple avec bains privative, et une buanderie. En sous-sol: un grand garage pour 2 voitures et salle des machines.

Wonderful location and beautiful villa

The view from the property is amazing and the villa is very modern and clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Mallorca.

This property was fantastic. Great view of the bay and the mountains. Good location - can walk to meals in Porto Pollenca, short drive to Pollenca and great starting point for bike rides (to Lighthouse, Sol Colabra, etc.).Would definitely stay in this location and in this property if returning to Mallorca.

The house is very spacious with a beautiful view of both mountains and the ocean. The top floor with its expansive outside terrace is great for big family hangouts. The house has great amenities with a beautiful pool and ping pong table. It’s also a short walk to Puerto Pollenca. The town is very charming with tons of dining options. It also has a beautiful boardwalk along the beach and marina that goes on for miles.

Great stay

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Santi was very nice. The location is fantastic. The only thing that would have made this an even more extraordinary visit is if there were a few more supplies such as dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and such. A very lovely property and wonderful visit, thank you!!

We were so pleased with our week long stay at this beautiful, spacious, clean home with spectacular panoramic views of Puerto Pollensa and surrounding mountains. We enjoyed spectacular sunrises, sunsets and watching a storm roll in from the sea. Communication with the property manager and housekeeper was excellent. The location was perfect for walking to the Pine Walk and enjoying delicious local cuisine, shopping, groceries and an overall great launching location to explore Mallorca where we golfed, hiked and boated. We would highly recommend!

A week in. August

Had a great week with the family. Santi the owner was incredibly helpful. The villa was spotless, the pool was amazing, probably the best we’ve had in a villa. The walking distance to the town was just right For us to eat out and come home if we chose not to barbecue. The resort is very nice. I would also recommend a visit to the old town of Pollensa.

Great experience

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Das Design ist toll mit einem mega Blick auf's Meer. Pollenca ist ein schöner Ort und mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Formentor. Einmal die Woche wurde das Haus schöne gereinigt und lief problemlos ab. Leider ist der Pool nicht geheizt, aber das sind in der Regel keine Pools auf Mallorca. Die Rasenflächen sind etwas unbequem um drauf zu laufen. Ansonsten alles top! Würden wir sofort wieder machen! Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Great home and location!

Pretty fantastic property with three great BRs with en suite baths and one, smaller, bonus 4th BR. Fabulous deck with stellar views of the bay. Walk friendly to beach and cafes. It was pretty great. Garage was large, but hard to get in and out of. Some ants, but nothing alarming. Strongly recommend. Pool is also great!

Fantastic Villa in Puerto de Pollensa

Villa is very stylish, in a great location, exactly as shown in the listing. The villa is about 5 minutes walk to the Pinewalk and beaches which is ideal, even for young children. Santi and his team are super-responsive and friendly, communication was easy and they were always willing to provide any help if we needed. We had a great holiday in a fantastic villa.

Great location, great views, great villa

We very much enjoyed our stay. As it was still a bit chilly we very much appreciated the fantastic heating of the house. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated so. The villa is amazing. Great architecture, great concept.

Relaxing Break

We choose this villa as a last minute break with family as we wanted to be near restaurants and bars etc. Proximity is very good only an easy 10min walk away. The villa is very nice albeit the upside down nature of the accommodation makes it difficult and certainly is not for elderly guests. We would suggest that more needs to be done around the pool area by means of chairs, small table perhaps and provide shade. The accommodation is very good and spacious and the top floor terrace certainly provides wonderful views. Unfortunately our stay was somewhat spoilt by the leaking water in the main bedroom which meant we had to keep a bucket there for the duration of the holiday and Listen to the constant drip all night. All round a nice location and quality villa (drips aside) but could do with some additional items in pool area to make it more enjoyable

This was a great villa for a family of six, with spacious accommodation both inside and out. Has a large balcony with spectacular views over the bay of Port de Pollenca. It’s also in a great location for a short walk to the beach and the Pine Walk with numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Terrific location with wonderful views of Porto Pollensa, Mallorca.

The house is rental quality. A Week stay is required but house supplies, ie toilet paper, napkins, soaps, cleaning supplies, etc are lacking resulting a required trip to market. Heat during our stay was not turned on so you don't have a choice about heating, ie drying towel racks wouldn't function as a result. Garbage needs to be taken one block away for disposal. Pool not heated. Cleaning service is extra if wanted. Owner difficult to contact.

Dear Lary, We appreciate and value your feedback. It is only through this feedback that we can learn and can continue to improve and provide excellent service. I am sorry the location has not been of your liking. Inform you that the area of boquer is one of the most luxurious areas of Puerto Pollensa and the island and therefore fabulous villas have been built with beautiful views to the bay. The location is very popular and therefore is one of the strong points of our Villa; It is 300m from the famous pinewalk, the beach and restaurants. In Spain, garbage is deposited by all neighbours in green containers on the street, this are the city council regulations. Regarding to the heating, at end of September is not necessary in Mallorca, even so, clients use air conditioning which was available and could of been turn from cold to warm by selecting the correct program. Pool water is not heated in September as is all day at sun and not recommended to be so hot for hygienic and environmental saving. We have available a maintenence man who speaks perfect english and is always available for any issue and my personal mobile is always available for our clients. Dreadful noisy major building works on the new villa next door. 10-17 June 2017

When we arrived, we were dismayed to find a building site next door. A new large villa has been built, but there were ongoing groundworks surrounding the new villa and all was on the closest side to our villa, about 15 ft from our property.We had a JCB digger on the Monday, a succession of deliveries with a lorry crane parked and running close to our pool. There were kango hammers drilling out concrete and a large portable cement mixer whIch made a tremoundous grinding noise nearly every day. On a few occasions, there were grinding/sanding the terrace tiles which created plumes of smoke. There were some breaks of peace during the day including the workman breakfast and lunch, and in fairness some days were worst than others. Work started fairly promptly at 8:00am. One evening, a large cement lorry arrived at 6:15pm and worked with the crane till the ealry evening. The owner apologised and explained the works were overrunning and should have been completed early May. Clearly this was outside of the owners control, but we were not advised in advance. I think these works will run for a few more weeks yet. That said, it's a beautiful villa with fantastic amenenties and a stunning balcony view, close to the shops resurants and beach. However, we were so disappointed with the disruption and noise next door and raised a formal complaint with HomeAway and supplied several video clips to support the complaint.......
