Beadnell Beach House
Light fills the rooms of this cavernous Beach House. The bright patio area outside is a wonderful place to chill out, either in the hammock, under shade on the swing seat or while dining al fresco at the table after cooking something on the BBQ. Listen to the seaside sounds of the waves crashing down, the breeze rushing through the grasses or the seagulls flying overhead. Your very own stone steps lead down to the beach and the sea comes all the way up to the foot of the steps at high tide.
An open plan living room and dining area offer a great space for everyone to gather, ideal for spending that quality time together, this area leads through to a spacious kitchen with double oven and breakfast bar. A second living room can be found on the first floor, this has large windows to let in plenty of light and full length glass doors which open out onto a balcony, the sea views from which are incredible. This property features art pieces by Karen Willis, which are available to purchase, should there be something you would love to take home as a reminder of your wonderful stay.
Walk along the sand of Smuggler's Cove beach to Beadnell where a range of delightful pubs can be found as well as a bistro and village store for any necessities.

Beds: 2 zip and link super king beds (can be twinned on request but will be 'as found' unless requested on booking), 1 king size bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds
Rooms: Ground floor: Spacious entrance hallway. Large open plan living, dining, kitchen area opening out onto a terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with island cooking station and bar stools. Bedroom 1 with flexible super king or twin beds (will be 'as found' unless requested on booking) and ensuite bathroom with separate shower accessed via the bedroom or the hallway. Utility room off kitchen with sink. Separate WC. First floor: Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite with bath and shower. Additional sofa bed in this room suitable for an adult or two children can be made up on request. Bedroom 3 with a double and single bed. Bedroom 4 with flexible super king or twin zip and link beds (please state at time of booking how you want this made up otherwise it is 'as found') and a single bed.
