Wonderful Villa in the heart of Chianti

Villa Greve is inside an estate among the oldest farms in Tuscany, a Renaissance treasure chest in the heart of Chianti, nestled on the hills where the Greve river begins and branches. Halfway between Florence and Siena, the estate extends over 200 hectares in the Chianti Classico hills. The estate stands in a landscape surrounded by greenery, between woods, vineyards and ancient villages scattered over the surrounding hills.

At the center of the company there is a Renaissance villa, surrounded by Italian gardens that find space between rows of cypresses, vineyards and olive trees. All around, the forest alternates with the countryside, where farmers have been working the land for hundreds of years. At the edge of the wood or among the vineyards you can see the farmhouses, ancient stone houses of sharecroppers. Season after season, the estate changes shapes and colors: the harsh scents of the woods mix with the clear air of spring dawns, the sunsets that warm the sky after the summer storms blend with the unmistakable pink of the villa. Winter slowly envelops the estate in a silent quiet, while snow covers the vineyards.

Villa Greve is a private villa immersed in the heart of the woods, in a clearing surrounded by rose gardens and olive trees. The Villa is located about 5 km from the estate, in an enchanting oasis of peace. To reach the villa it is necessary to take a dirt road for about 1 km.
Elegant and functional, Villa Greve is ideal for those who dream of spending the summer away from the noise of the city, among the scents and freshness of the woods.

Villa Greve can accommodate up to 22 people, in 11 rooms and 12 bathrooms. It consists of the main Villa, the adjoining Studio, the cottage and the Barn.

THE VILLA: 6 rooms with 12 beds. The heart of the house is the large, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The spacious living room with a fireplace is the ideal place to spend cooler evenings. The veranda and outdoor spaces host sofas and armchairs, a ping pong table, and a fully equipped barbecue area.

THE COTTAGE: 2 rooms with 4 beds. Not far from the main villa is the Cottage, a delightful stone farmhouse with two double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The elegant living room and equipped kitchen make the atmosphere warm and cozy, while the small stone balcony is the perfect place to read in the cooler weather on hot days.

THE STUDIO: 1 double room with bathroom carved out of a small building adjoining the villa.

IL FIENILE: A few meters from the main farmhouse, continuing on a stone driveway, is the Barn, a small farmhouse surrounded by rose plants. Ideal for 2 couples or a family, the Barn has an entrance hall with living room on the ground floor, while the kitchen and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms are on the mezzanine floor.



Option 1: Concierge service for all requests. Bed linen and towel change on Wednesday
Option 2:Breakfast delivery on a daily base and housekeeper will make up the beds and clean the kitchen in the morning. (3 hours of service)

Minimum stay is 7 nights in high season and 3 nights in low, prices for short stays are on request.
