Large luxury apartment overlooking Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria. The apartment is located on the fourth floor (with lift) of a beautiful building located in the central Via Vacchereccia in Florence. This is a very elegant house, with a refined style, which has been furnished with the utmost attention to detail using tailor-made furniture of fine workmanship. We are sure that this property will be able to give you an unforgettable stay in Florence!

The apartment consists of a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds) and two complete bathrooms with shower. From its windows you can enjoy a truly remarkable view of Palazzo Vecchio, a bonus that very few apartments can offer!

The house is excellently equipped with all necessary appliances, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TVs.

This apartment was in the center of everything we wanted to explore while in Florence! It was perfect for our group of 5 to spread out. The AC was in the bedrooms, helping massively with the heat from the day! There was no problem with noise as mentioned in other reviews and we were very thankful for the lift!

Best location, easy to get to everything by walking!! Clean, roomy. Good beds . Larger than normal double beds. Closer to kings than Queens.

My family of five had a fabulous stay in Florence. Excellent location of the apartment with cafe's and restaurants below the building. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities provided. The apartment was at the edge of the Piazza Della Signoria with walking distance to all of the sights and sounds of Florence. The host, Boris, communicated with us prior to check-in and met us at the apartment. He provided a tour and important information of the unit. I highly recommend staying at the Luxury Signoria apartment.

Small elevator but happy there was one. Tv in the living room never worked but the bedroom tvs worked just fine, rooms were good size. Happy to have a coffee maker.

AMAZING location - so centrally located and gorgeous spacious living space. The beds were very comfortable and loved having two full bathrooms. Worked out so well for our family of 5 - wish we stayed in Florence for more than one night.

The property was clean and spacious. Thank you for an accurate listing. Great light and great location and the street was quiet in evening which was very appreciated. Host was very communicative and helpful. Opportunities to improve: - The wifi was very slow which for a business needs made it a challenge. - The AC unit in the master bedroom and made a clicking noise throughout the night. I hope you can improve these issues for future guests. The AC in the smallest bedroom closest to bathroom was not operating too well. Thank you for everything. I would book this flat again

Property was spacious and well appointed (it was missing paper towels, but that's it.) A/C wasn't working when we arrived, but they had already put in the service request and it was quickly fixed. The water pressure was a little lacking, but we were just there one night, so not a big deal. The stairs are no joke, but there is a small elevator if needed. The location was AMAZING. Kids were happy to grab a cup of fruit next door, adults were happy the visit the wine window nearby and we watched the World Cup with new friends at the restaurant a few doors down. Apartment is right in the middle of top tourist spots and shopping. GREAT accommodation!

We stayed at Bella Vita, as Stefano the owner/host calls it, in early April 2026. There were 5 of us and I would highly recommend staying here. Stefano is an amazing host who is proud of the restoration he has done on this magnificent palazzo built around 1500. Staying here in Arezzo was a highlight of our Italy trip. We experienced the history of the place without the crowds of Rome and Florence. Stefano is a gracious host and we were so pleased with how he made us feel when we stayed at his place - welcome and appreciated. He even had a fire going and music playing when we arrived. He offers a collection of local wines on a rack in the living area for purchase - so nice to have this convenience. Such a memorable place to visit - I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

This was such a lovely apartment! Nicely furnished and comfortable. A little time capsule from the past. It is right on the square so can be a tad noisy but windows are new and keep the noise down. The convenience of being walking distance to everything is priceless. You won’t be disappointed.

Our Signora Luxury Apartment was dirty and musty. We walked into flies everywhere. We were not allowed to turn the air-conditioning on and were not able to open the windows being there wasn't window screens on them.Our clothes and hair smelled musty.We were all extremely disappointed. We paid alot of money for this unit only to be told we are sorry, but no recourse. To be fair, the location was excellent! Sadly, i dont think id be likely to use VRBO again.Gina K.
