We had the absolute best time staying at Oliviaâs beautiful home. This was our favorite part of our two week trip. The property and the home are gorgeous and cozy. There is so much space so perfect for large groups. Oliva and Lucia provide everything you could need! We did wine tours, dinners, and cooking classes all from Olivas recommendations. We cannot recommend this stay enough!
We had the best time at the Iperbole Country House. The pictures do not even begin to explain the incredible views! Olivia was the an incredible host who helped us with anything we needed!
Charming historic farmhouse with amazing views and great location!
We spent one week at Oliviaâs home in the heart of the Val dâorcia. The home is spacious and well decorated with rustic historic beams, a cookâs kitchen and indoor wood fire pizza oven. The yard is beautifully landscaped with amazing views all around and has a delightful infinity pool with view. Oliva was so helpful and responsive, setting up a pizza night for us and making sure we had plenty of wood for grilling on the outdoor fire grill. She also shared her garden and orchards with us so we had plenty of fresh tomatoes, herbs, fruit and eggs. The tower has amazing 360 degree views and was a great place for sunset happy hours and stargazing at night. The house was centrally located, generally 15 to 30 minutes away from most of the towns we visited. I was a bit concerned that there was no air conditioning but the house stayed nice and cool even on 87 degree days. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed and will come home relaxed and rejuvenated!
The views from this property were amazing. Sunsets incredible from roof deck. The open living area and kitchen allowed us to cook and enjoy time with one another all along. The outdoor dining made the evening very nice. Highly recommend if you want a place away fro m the crowds.
My family and I stayed at Olivaâs house for two weeks and it was absolutely perfect. The setting is straight out of the movies - a long winding driveway through olive groves and fields of gold (hay) that at last reveals a glorious castle on a hill. The views and the sunsets are breathtaking. It is also super quite, peaceful, and private. Oliva helped arrange delicious chef-prepared dinners at home and her recommendations for restaurants in the surrounding towns were spot on. Monticchiello, Montelpuciano, and Pienza are all within short drives. We will be back!
The place is spectacular. It's huge. It's beautiful. It's perfect. The view from the house, the tower and the pool is fantastic. My father is a professional chef recently retired and he made good use of the kitchen. also the place is a great point to explore the southern parts of Tuscany. There are many beautiful towns nearby. The sunset were amazing and I captured amazing drone footage of the surrounding area. We are more than happy with our time spent there. We hired a pizza maker and he used the nice brick oven and my kids helped to make pizza. We stayed in July in the place was cool at night and comfortable despite not having air conditioning. We ended up using five of the 6 plus rooms and everyone was happy to have their own bathroom. Not sure what else to say except that you will not be disappointed.
We stayed at Oliva's lovely home for a week during the Thanksgiving holidays. There were three generations of my family together celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and we could not have chosen a better place to spend the week. The house is wonderful and has something for everyone. The kitchen is enormous and inviting and makes you want to cook! The fireplaces made it feel cozy on the cooler evenings and my nephews couldn't get enough of the foosball table and ping pong table.
Oliva and her mother were welcoming, helpful and kind. They made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The added bonus (which I must have missed in the description) was Gloria who came each morning to make our beds and clean up while we were out sight seeing.
There are gorgeous views from every window of the surrounding countryside and a little tower with even better views. Basically, we loved every minute of our stay.
