Cozy loft next to Spanish Steps

The loft is located in the heart of Rome's historic center on a main street of the shopping district.
It is just 5 minutes by foot from Via dei Condotti and Via Frattina.
From the loft is very easy to reach by foot several Rome center historical places:
- 5 minutes to the Spanish Steps, Ara Pacis and Villa Borghese
- 15 minutes to The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona
- 20 minutes to Piazza Venezia, Roman Imperial Forum and Colosseum
- 25 minutes to Vatican City, St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museums
Easy to reach all other Rome places because Piazzale Flaminio subway stop is 5 minutes away on foot and just 4 stops away from Termini train station.
Really cozy is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, wash & dry machine, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, first aid kit.
Since the loft has mezzanines and stairs, it could be not suitable for babies or children.
On the mezzanine where is the double bed the ceiling is 1.6 meters high.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of €100 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
