Villa Marina is a charming and typical 9-person villa in a peaceful location, a short distance from the famous Piazzetta di Capri. From Villa Marina you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the greenery. It’s around 130 m2 in size and comes with a private pool, private terrace, private garden, fans, heating, rechargeable portable internet key.

Villa Marina is located in Capri, around a 20 minute walk from the famous Piazzetta di Capri and from the centre, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and public transport. The closest beach is just 3 km away.
You reach Villa Marina by walking along a public walkway which crosses the village.
Along the path you’ll be able to enjoy the dreamy panorama of the bay of Marina Piccola and the city. Once you reach the property gates, there are 109 steps that will bring you to the villa’s main entrance. From the gate you reach the villa climbing along a winding private path for about 200 m. Just a few metres from the villa there is a small supermarket and a restaurant. It is possible to arrange porter service, upon request, for a fee.
It will certainly be worth the effort because once you arrive you’ll be amazed by the garden and the panoramic terraces, the private pool, and the immeasurable kindness of the owners (a well known professor of Latin and Greek, as well as a lover of art, literature and good food) who will welcome you.
The outdoor spaces are immense, around 600 m2 of garden and terraces. The terraced garden is well kept, with wonderful trees, plants, and flowers typical of the region. A vast pine forest surrounds the property.
A few steps away is a large paved terraced, furnished with sun umbrellas, tables, and chairs. Here you’ll also find the swimming pool and outdoor shower. The pool is 8 x 4 m and the depth varies from 1 to 2.5 metres. The pool area is fitted with deck chairs, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas and is available from May until the end of September.
From the terrace and the pool area there is an unforgettable view of the island: Castiglione, Monte di Capri, and the bay of Marina Piccola. The atmosphere becomes even more romantic at night, when the entire village lights up and the moon and the stars reflect on the sea.
THE MAIN VILLA
THE LIVING ROOM is spacious and bright, furnished with antique wooden furniture and beautiful paintings, a television, a sofa, and a dining table for eight people. From the living room, through three large windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. The living room also provides access to the open dining area.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with four gas burners, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher, a moka pot, and other small appliances.
THE FIRST BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning, access to a small private terrace, and a sea view.
THE SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning, access to a small private terrace, and a sea view.
THE THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds upon request) and air conditioning.

There is a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer.
THE SECOND BATHROOM is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer.

THE DEPENDANCE
THE FOURTH BEDROOM has a double bed and air conditioning. There is also a small living area with a television and access to a private terrace. The room is well-lit by two French windows overlooking the lush greenery.
THE THIRD BATHROOM is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower cubicle.

Note: The villa has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

*There is the possibility of adding a single bed in the living room.
