Located in the popular village of Deia, this is an ideal property for those seeking a relaxing holiday with all the comforts without giving up style. The house has a unique energy and the owners have made sure to transmit their way of life into this peaceful home. Natural materials such as majorcan stone, different types of wood and iron have been used to make one feel connected with nature.
It was built with care and love and each detail you will find in the house it has a meaning. Black and white images on the walls, fine pieces of oriental art and wood as well as hand made decoration both inside and outside the house, giving a beautiful touch of authenticity and uniqueness.
Ca'n Llum is distributed in two floors and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the lower floor we will find the beautifully arranged entrance with nice sofas as well as a nice and cozy living room, equipped with a Smart TV, sofas and a fireplace so for those looking for a perfect winter stay, the house has all one could need.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances such as large American fridge and freezer which has the possibility to supply filtered water and ice, built-in dishwasher, professional ceramic hob, extra large oven, press filter etc. All cooking utensils such as crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided for those who enjoy cooking as much as the owners do.
At the end of the room we will find the dining area. Both kitchen and living room have plenty of sunlight as there is access to the terrace from both kitchen and dining area which makes it very convenient.
There is a small guest bathroom with a WC and sink next to the living room which makes it very useful and convenient.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, one master with a double bed, large ensuite bathroom wit shower, sink and WC. The two additional bedrooms have two single beds which can be clipped together and prepared as double beds too. These two rooms share a bathroom that has a shower, WC and sink. All 3 bedrooms and the en suite bathroom have stunning views to the mountains and village so waking up and opening windows from each room it's the best morning treat.
The highlight of this house, besides itâs indisputable taste for decoration and furniture, itâs the main terrace, with a gorgeous mediterranean-style wooden veranda, a large built-in corner seating area which is the perfect place to spend long summer evenings enjoying al fresco dining in a relaxing atmosphere, all topped with views of the Tramuntana mountains and village of Deia.
There is complimentary Wifi throughout the whole property and there is Air conditioning / heating units in all bedrooms and living rooms.
The house also has a small garden with fruit trees so it gives the house an additional outdoor space that makes this townhouse perfect for those needing a little extra space.
