Can Pelat Vella, un gîte isolé du 19ème siècle, domine le village artistique de Deià.
La villa de 2 chambres à coucher a récemment été rénovée dans un style moderne et offre le confort discret et élégant d'une maison de charme.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée et tous les meubles et draps sont de la plus haute qualité.
Le gîte est entouré de la "Serra Tramuntana" classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et fait face à la mer.
La piscine est située dans le jardin de 4 terrasses, plantées d’agrumes, d’oliviers et de bougainvilliers.
Dans la soirée, vous pourrez prendre un verre sur la grande terrasse en admirant le coucher de soleil sur la mer.

Bucolic setting with superior amenities

This is the top property we have stayed in. The views, the pool, the attention to detail in all aspects was superior. The parking in Deià was difficult so we didn’t venture down the hill often but we were very content to just relax and enjoy the villa. We had issues with mosquito bites, and later found many ways to repel them in the drawers throughout the villa. Kitchen had wonderful plates, knives, pans. Beds were extremely comfortable. We really loved everything! Thank you Anne Marie and Elena.

Amazing stay

Our stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed big refreshing pool and great views. Anne-Marie was also super easy to contact and made our stay pleasurable. Would come again!

Fairy tale setting with view of sea

Breathtaking property inside and out. Two couples visited- walked to town for restaurants and shopping. Took rental car to visit other parts of Mallorca Spent lovely days lounging by the beautiful pool

Beautiful property

We just finished a 5-night stay and wish we had more time. The property exceeded our expectations. We arrived after dark on our check in day and Elena guided us into the property without a problem and made sure that we were provisioned. The home is conveniently located close to town if you want to go out to dinner but far enough away that it is quiet and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we are looking forward to returning.

Incredible Week in Deia

This property is even better than the pictures. The views every day were worth the drive up to the house. We loved the pool and the kids loved interacting with the sheep every day. We watched the sunset each night. Elena was always there if we had a question. We highly recommend this house!

Can Pelat August 2024

Can Pelat is a beautiful villa in one of the most gorgeous locations on Mallorca. The house is very modern and comfortable for a family of four. We enjoyed loads of time in the beautiful gardens and lovely pool. The town itself has loads of restaurants and shops and no need to visit the same restaurant twice. Very happy to be hosted by Anne-Marie who has great comms and we’ve already booked again for next year. Great holiday

Beautiful property with stunning views

Can Pelat Vella has been lovingly restored to a very high standard. It’s beautiful inside and out. The pool and gardens are perfect. Probably one of the best views in Deia. You can’t get that view without a steep climb up, the only issue to consider when renting the villa. Highly recommend

Gorgeous villa, perfect to unwind and with the most amazing views.

This villa was dreamy, so cozy inside and inviting. Everywhere you look was stunning and is so well equipped. You can see the ocean, the town and the mountains. It was an absolute pleasure staying there and looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful relaxing property in Deia

We loved everything about our stay at Anne-Marie’s beautiful home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We traveled with our one year old son, and Anne-Marie kindly provided a crib, a high chair, and baby gates for our use. The gardens are stunning and the views are even better than the photos. As others have mentioned, the house is at the top of a steep hill from town, but is a doable walk If you are in decent shape. Otherwise it’s a quick 2 min drive down the hill. The location is perfect for hiking, visiting the nearby towns and the beach. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Holiday Location

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful, peaceful home for one week while travelling through Spain. The location to the town of Deia - with varied restaurants - is excellent - quick drive down the hill. House is well appointed with many thoughtful additions. Linens fresh and beds very comfortable. Hiking trails near the house make for added bonus of location. Gardens and views fantastic. Anne Marie and her team were very pleasant, informative and prompt. We would certainly stay here again.

Will be staying again.

This stay was STUNNING. I was very impressed by the property, grounds, management, and everything in between. We came with high expectations for the stay and definitely got what we came for. The pool and property were pristine with gardeners coming daily. Anne Marie could not have been more helpful. She was knowledgeable about the area and available whenever we needed her. We will definitely be coming back to stay. By far, our best one yet.

A slice of paradise in Deia hills

We have found a slice of paradise here at Can George. Surrounded by mountains views, views down to Deia village and beyond to the ocean. So secluded and peaceful, just the sounds of the birds & cicadas. The gardens are exquisite which compliments breathtaking. Sunsets which are a true magic hour on the beautiful patio or down by the huge pool. The house itself is just magical, the design and decor are just wonderful, everything has been thought about with perfection even to the pieces of art either side of the master bed. Our host Anne-Marie was just delightful and lovely. A full five stars on every aspect, we will certainly book again for next year. Thank you Can George M&Z x

Truly stunning property overlooking Deia

PROS: *The property is stunning, the gardens immaculate and the views over Deia were truly spectacular. The home is situated over the town with the mountains in the back. We looked forward to watching the sunset every night. These pictures truly don't do the setting justice. *The host was amazing. In addition to a cleaning service, she went out of her way to prepare the house for our 1-year-old with a baby crib, highchair and baby utensils and a baby bath. She also provided fresh fruit and bottles of wine for our arrival. She was super responsive whenever we had questions and made everything a breeze. *The location is a 10-15 minute walk to town (up a very steep hill) and right behind the house there are plenty of hiking trails into the mountains. *The pool area and gardens felt like they were out of a 5-star hotel. We loved the pool and jumped in nearly every day. *There were sheep roaming the hills that made our son really excited every night. *The art is wonderfully selected and there's even books on some of the pieces. CONS: *The AC in the master bedroom broke for a period of our stay. The host did everything she could to fix it and dropped off wine/fans. It took nearly a week to fix. *The walk to town is down/up a really steep hill. It was the cardio we needed to balance out all those tapas, but it wasn't something you could do if you were elderly or had a stroller. All in all, an incredible place that we would gladly stay in again.

Super stylish villa and a beautiful view!

My fiancé and I booked this for a chilled getaway and it was perfect! The villa is beautiful inside and decorated with amazing art. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook as you would at home. The best part was sitting in the fruit gardens and looking out over the view (much more spectacular than the photos), overlooking the town, mountains and coast! The pool was lovely, although a bit cold for March (it’s unheated) but we’ll definitely come back in the summer and get more use from it.A car is definitely needed to get up the private track to the villa. All went to plan except when the electric gate failed one night - but that was quickly sorted by the host and team!Thanks so much for having us!
