Loved the apartment especially sitting in the conservatory watching the steam trains with the view and sound of the sea beyond that.
Very pleasant and helpful property manager.
We had a lovely stay in Blue Anchor, the cottage was so warm and cozy, beautiful views and a much needed welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. Lisa the host was amazing and we would definitely come back. It was our dog Rocky's first time on the beach and he loved it. Its a very dog friendly place and everyone we met was so friendly. Much recommend! Thank you Lisa đ
We and our 2 dogs had a lovely stay at the apartment. The views from the terrace were superb overlooking countryside and the sea. Beautiful sunset views in the evening. Only took us a minute to walk to the beach.
Lisa left us a delicious cake, milk and somerset butter and some nice bread. We felt very welcomed straight away when we arrived more so than any other cottage we have stayed in. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable.
Would be a bonus if the terrace area in Anchors Away garden was fenced off seperate to the laundry room, as we were had to watch our dogs when they were outside as we were worried that if someone came to the laundry room, they may startle the person and react to them. However that issue wouldnt stop us coming again. Just a suggestion.
We look forward to coming back in the future.
Thanks Lisa.
Well appointed apartment with stunning views. Extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. An attentive host and a much appreciated welcome pack.
This dog friendly accommodation also offers a conservatory and a garden in which to relax. A brilliant base for walkers and Exmoor explorers, and of course there's the beach (coastal footpath) and steam railway.
