What a fantastic apartment! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. But the location was absolutely perfect. We were a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers) and it was plenty of space for us to spread out and have our own rooms. Maria and Jordi were fabulous! They were so responsive and always available. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay .

Fantastic stay at this great apartment. Host was great and let us drop bags in the apartment early. No complaints and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay in Rome

The apartment is exactly as depicted online. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. The location was perfectly located for walking to the major sites. We would stay here again.

Review

This was a great stay, comfortable beds and pillows, beautifully decorated, location perfect! I would probably suggest if you have mobility issues this would not be a good fit as 3 flights of stairs to get to apartment. Other than stairs, you should consider staying here, I know I would if I come back to Rome!

Stunning apartment in a great location

This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with all the conveniences of home. The location was easy for walking to all the major sites with nice restaurants and shops right outside our door. We also loved have a bit of outdoor patio space to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Maria and Leonardo were quick to respond to our questions and graciously arranged transportation for us from airport and then at departure to train station. If ever back in Rome we would definitely stay again.

Perfect Roman apartment

We stayed there with our family of 5 and it was wonderful! A truly fully stocked very nice apartment with all the comforts of home and in a fabulous location near all the great shopping. There are numerous restaurants and multiple historical sites within blocks as well. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

What a great place to stay

This place has it all. The location was fantastic. It was exactly as it looks on the site. Clean, spacious, well maintained. It was great that each room had its own bathroom. Check in process was quick and easy and our greeter was more than willing to pass on any information that we asked for and seemed happy to help us. Spacious Apartment in Center of High End Shopping District

Great, spacious apartment in the heart of Rome’s high end shopping district. The unit itself has three bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, and so could comfortably fit three couples or an extended family. It’s close to the Spanish Steps and other tourist spots, and in a nice area so no issues at all with walking around at night. Having Lara greet us and show us the place was a nice touch. One thing to note is that there is no elevator (it’s on second floor (so two flights up under European numbering convention), but again this is a nice place in a great location.

Fantastic Apartment

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location! We could walk to all of the main attractions and there are many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome. It is clean and chic and there was plenty of space for the four of us. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The apartment manager (Maria) was great to work with. She even arranged transport to and from the airport for us!

This was a great place to stay. Three bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms were on one side of the apartment and the third was on the other side. This created privacy so that the parents and child could stay on one side and the grandparents could stay on the other. Lots of room in the dining area and the living room to gather. Separate air conditioning controls for each bedroom and the communal areas, which was great. The AC worked wonderfully, especially in the heat of Rome. Apartment was on the second floor but the stairs were wide and relatively easy to navigate. Leonardo was waiting for us at the apartment for check-in and transfer of keys. The area was wonderful. Only minutes to the Spanish Steps. Shops, good restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular

This apartment exceeded all expectations. We typically stay at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton when we travel but wanted to immerse ourselves in the Italy culture and have a little more space. This apartment checked all the boxes. Location- check! Stocked kitchen with nice wine glasses & coffee cups- check! Washer & dryer- check! Decor- check! Excellent Communication with property manager- check! There’s also a fresh flower market steps away for fresh flowers to enjoy during your stay as well as a mini supermarket to pick up coffee, waters, fresh fruit and cheese & salami. We loved this property!

Great spot for families or couples!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Rome! We are a family of 5 (3 teens/tweens) and had plenty of room for all of us. The apartment is in a great location and the host company is very responsive and easy to work with -- they even booked us a taxi to the airport for our departure. Two things worth noting - there is some street noise in the mornings if that bothers you. We travel with sound machines so it wasn't a problem but the first morning it was loud (trucks unloading, etc). The other mornings were okay. Also, the kitchen, while well appointed, is very small. If you plan to cook at all, take note. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

This property has one thing going for it — the fact that it’s on the bigger sideThere are minimal amenities in the property at all in fact, they don’t even have paper towel and limited.toiletries. Everything is very dated in the property and not looked after well. In my opinion. — I don’t think whoever ever looks after this property gives much care and providing good customer experience.

Stay Cool in this Stylish Apartment in the Poshest Neighborhood in Rome

Party of 6 New Yorkers, stayed here in the heat of the summer (August 20-23rd) and had a marvelous time. Here are the highlights: Location, Location, Location: This apartment is in the heart of the Spanish Steps neighborhood and it’s the nicest area you can stay in Rome. Full stop. It’s as safe as can be, there’s high-end shopping down every street, and lovely bakeries on the corners for your breakfasts and treats. Internal A/C with controls in every room: Our biggest concern for every place we stayed in Italy during the summer was whether the A/C would be sufficient. The forecast throughout was mid-to-high 90s which is par for the course. I’m very happy to report that every room had its own internal A/C with remote control and we had standalone fans to supplement if we needed them. We were very comfortable throughout, even had to turn it down a little when we got TOO cold. Three beautiful bathrooms: Having 2 people to each bathroom made it much easier for us all to get ready on time each day. Reliable communication from our hosts: Prior to arrival, Maria kindly arranged a private transfer for us from the airport to the apartment. On arrival, Marianna checked us in quickly, gave us the keys, the tour, and collected the city tax. Also was available for questions by text during our stay.
