Located in the upmarket South East coast of Mallorca, Villa La Pinta has a gleaming white façade and a swimming pool that matches the sky. The crystal clear, pool dominates the garden of the property, with matching sun lounger’s poolside. Grab a drink and claim your spot in the sun! Dining outdoors is a must, under the shady terrace of the villa.

Inside, interiors are welcoming, with lots of wooden furniture and white-washed walls. Everything is immaculate, from the pristine bathrooms to the modern, fully –equipped kitchen. There are five bedrooms in total and four of these have single beds, great for friends travelling together.

When you’re not lounging by the pool, the villa is close to the centre of Cala D’Or. Sandy beaches, fun nightlife and a chic marina, make Cala D’Or a popular choice for those looking for a bit of upmarket fun. With seven secluded coves to choose from too, you really do have it all!

The path to access the villa is 90cm wide and there is 1 step to enter the villa. The front door has a width of 79cm and other doors to access the pool are the lounge door which Is 118cm wide, the hallway door which is 76cm wide and the twin bedroom which is 118cm wide. The width of paths from villa to pool are 108cm wide and the ground is uneven with little steps, one to the terrace, 3 to the BBQ and a few little steps around the villa. There are 4 steps into the pool which are tiles and the terrace space is limited when all sunbeds are out. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor has a width of 70cm and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor has a width of 69cm. the door into the kitchen has a width of 72cm and the door into the lounge area has a width of 115cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
