Beech Cottage is a charming, single-storey, detached cottage resting in Combe Martin, Devon. Hosting one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and an enclosed rear garden with furniture. Overlooking picturesque countryside views, Beech Cottage is a stunning property to explore Devon. Note: The charging of electric cars is not permissible at the property
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. TV, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. One well behaved pet welcome (further pets applied will require a pet supplement of ÂŁ25). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.7 miles, pub 3.2 miles.
