Welcome to Casa Alice, a stylish holiday home tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Costa de Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. Here, you’ll enjoy comfort, privacy, and sunshine from morning until sunset.

Comfortable Accommodation for Up to 5 Guests
Casa Alice comfortably accommodates five guests and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms:
- Master bedroom: Double bed with an en-suite bathroom, including double washbasins, toilet, and a walk-in rain shower.
- Second bedroom: Two single beds with a separate bathroom featuring a rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.
- Third bedroom: Single bed with an en-suite bathroom.
All beds are exceptionally comfortable. Each bedroom is air-conditioned (coin operated), and bed linen and towels are provided.

Stylish Living Space & Entertainment
The elegant living and dining area is tastefully furnished and fully air-conditioned (coin operated). You’ll find a 49” UHD 4K TV with a wide selection of channels and series, a PlayStation 3 & 4 with various games, and ultra-fast fiber internet (300 Mbps).
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full meal.

Wish we’d have booked longer here!

What a brilliant villa in every way. Stayed here for 7 nights, 4 people in total. Location is very quiet and relaxing and an easy 20 minute walk to beach with bars and restaurants. Not much around immediate area, closest shop we found was 5 min walk away. Villa was modern, very clean and had everything we needed. Including a few bits of shopping done for us when we arrived, including cold beers too! Very spacious villa, bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Kitchen/dinning are very comfortable, all kitchen utensils you would need are there, including air fryer! Outdoor area was very private with heated pool and comfy sun beds. Nice outdoor seating too, with bbq and pool table. Sun was on the pool area throughout the day from early morning. Aircon is additional cost however we didn’t need to use it as the villa was cool enough. TV had all channels we needed, including PS4 too with a selection of books and magazines. The service was brilliant, Juan welcomed us on our first day and was friendly and informative about the villa and area. Lovely email from owners on the last day too. All in all, we would definitely return to playa Blanca and this villa!

Fantastic Villa !!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Alice and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of villa. Upon arriving at the villa, we were greeted by Juan, who was very friendly and informative about the villa and island. There was a delightful welcome hamper of food and drink which was a really lovely touch and gratefully received. Casa Alice boasts a wide range of amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the private pool and spacious living areas, everything was top-notch. The villa is well presented and the interior was tastefully decorated and furnished with modern amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the villa at a pleasant temperature during the night (We didn’t need it during the day and only cost us 3 or 4 euro’s a night. Temp set at 23 on cool and quiet mode). We had all the comforts of home and more, which added to the overall luxury. It was only short 5 min drive to the main town. The convenience of nearby attractions and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay at Casa Alice exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and luxury. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return in the future.

Tolles Haus.

Wir waren 3 Wochen dort. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und von der Agentur sehr gut betreut. Pool und Haus werden 1x wöchentlich gereinigt. Leider ist die Klimaanlage nur mit einem Münzeinwurf zu betreiben. Da es sich um ein Doppelhaus handelt, kann man ggf auch mal die Nachbarn hören. Im Ergebnis ist dieses Haus aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Lanzarote is such a beautiful island and has such a nice weather that we kept returning. Staying in a nice house with lovely outdoor area and extra long swimming pool makes the holidays fantastic.

Casa Alice is a very comfortable brand-new modern villa located in a quiet cut de sac, in the Costa de Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. The centre of Playa Blanca, the Marina Rubicon and the Playa Dorada are within a comfortable walking distance.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The large outside area is well equipped with superb swimming pool (11 meter long, heated from mid October till mid April), pool table, BBQ, outdoor sink, outdoor shower, covered outside seating and dining area and lovely garden. The terrace is South-West oriented. Swimming pool lies nearly the whole day in the sun.
The inside is furnished up to high standards. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom with walk-in rain shower. The beds are very comfortable boxspring beds. Each room has Airco. Bed and bath-linen and pool towels are provided. The cleaning is included.
