The living space is designed for relaxation, featuring a large sofa, a Smart TV, and high-speed broadband throughout the apartment—ideal for streaming your favourite shows on Netflix or staying connected via social media, or work. The generously sized bedroom boasts a full-length window, ample storage for your clothes, and a luxurious Super King-size bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen for a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom includes a bath with a shower, a toilet, and a sink, along with complimentary toiletries and plush towels for your comfort. There is a sofa bed for 1 additional guest in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance; Utilita Arena (5 mins), National Sea Life Centre (5 mins), Lane 7 Bowling (5 mins), The Rep Theatre (5 mins), Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (10 mins), Bullring Shopping Centre (10 mins).

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
