The large open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a comfortable sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The generous double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes, full length windows and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern family bathroom, with a shower over bath, and complimentary toiletries and towels are provided at the start of your stay. There is a sofa bed for 1 guest in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). Guests can also make use of the co-working space on site.

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre and Birmingham New Street train station both just a 10 minute walk away.



Getting Around:

Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10 minute walk.

There is a sofa bed for 1 guest in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
