Wagtail is a single-storey cottage in a courtyard setting near Bradworthy. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom and has a shower room. The rest of the cottage consists of a kitchen with sitting area and a cosy dining room. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a private garden and shared use of gardens and a dog exercise area. There is also bike storage. Wagtail makes an ideal base for a couple looking to explore this lovely part of Devon.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer in shared utility, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with DVD player and Freeview, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Secure bike storage in exterior barn. Private enclosed garden with furniture, use of shared gardens and dog exercise field. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.4 miles.
