Le Little Rowans est situé dans un village pittoresque à la périphérie de Bude. Il dispose de tous les appareils modernes que vous voulez pendant vos vacances avec un grand espace ouvert en bas et une chambre lumineuse et spacieuse à l’étage. Dehors, vous avez votre propre jardin privé et terrasse pour vous détendre. Nous offrons également une borne de recharge électrique de type 2 pour un véhicule électrique et un stationnement hors route. Property description doesn't do justice to the excellence of Little Rowans. A perfect stay for a couple. The property has five star accommodation, facilities, ambience and, of course, hosts. No detail was missed and location is perfect for a visit to this part of Cornwall.

June stay at Little Rowans

Lovely cottage, well appointed with charming garden. We loved the location for various walks along the coast. Pub just up the road was perfect for two of our dinners. We’d stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Helen and Andy for hosting us.

An absolute gem

Myself and my partner stayed here for four nights and couldn't fault the property at all. Excellent location (5minute drive to main beaches and shops) and the furnishings we're all to a high standard. We ended up liking it so much we opted to stay in and cook most nights.

What a gem

Helen and Andy have thought of everything to make your stay at Little Rowan as relaxing as possible. They were fantastic hosts and very accommodating. I loved the garden and the views from the bedroom and downstairs.

Great stay, lovely property

The accomodation is excellent, spotlessly clean, really lovely. We had a nice hamper on arrival, the owner Helen met us when we got there and explained everything clearly. A short walk into Bude (20 mins) and a great location for exploring North Cornwall. A guide is provided which provides some excellent recommendations for eating out and places to go. Would recommend, if you are thinking of booking don't hesitate!

Peaceful and Relaxing Little Rowans

Little Rowans is a beautifully presented property in a most picturesque village within walking distance of Bude. The house is immaculate, well equipped and beautifully quiet. The furnishings are extremely tasteful and the garden is delightful. Helen could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Week away

We absolutely loved this property. Beautifully finished to the highest standards with a huge comfortable bed in a lovely peaceful village. Only 15-20 minute walk to Bude with all it has to offer. It is also close to the coastal paths and it’s spectacular views. Great to return to after a day out, open the bi-fold doors and enjoy the lovely garden.

Little Rowans -Bude

Little Rowans is a gem of a property in a great location. Everything, equipment wise, was at hand. The garden sun-spot was an added bonus! The property is a stone's throw from the welcoming local pub and a short car ride from several great beaches. The hosts, Helen and Andy were equally fabulous! We had an amazing stay.!

We stayed for 5 nights in May half term. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as advertised. There was a welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, scones, jam, clotted cream, cheese and biscuits.Communication was excellent - the owners live next door.The accommodation is in a village just outside of Bude which is walkable in 25 minutes or there is a bus. Friendly pub up the road which serves good food. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and there is a washing machine and iron if you need it.I would not hesitate staying here again.

Loverly property

Very clean and spacious accommodation for the two of us with parking right outside. As the weather wasn’t too kind to us it was nice to come back and light the log burner which made the place very cosy. Facilities were all of high quality and everything was thought of. Highly recommend The Bank restaurant in Bude excellent food and very reasonable. Also the welcome pack with cream tea was much appreciated.

A Blissful Week

First class in every way. So beautifully thought out and presented Little Rowans is exceptional. The gravel garden is a lovely spot for an evening drink with the bees humming in the lavender and views over the countryside. The house is spacious, light and very comfortable and The Preston Gate, a 5 minute stroll up the lane, does some good food including takeaway. Our 2nd stay here. We came back for more! This part of North Cornwall feels far from the crowds.

We arrived at Little Rowans to a very warm welcome from Helen, who was very helpful in suggesting walks and restaurants. And were touched by the kind gesture of the Vegan treats left for us. The property was amazing. Comfortable, very clean and well equipped with lovely attention to detail. We really enjoyed the garden and the beautiful views over the countryside, if it’s peace and quiet you’re looking for this is the place for you. We were able to walk the coastline and in to Bude which was ideal for us. Thanks Helen and Andy for a great stay.

Perfect....

What a find........We spent 4 nights in this fabulous house and wished that we could have stayed longer. Located in a lovely village we had views across open fields and only 1.5 miles from the centre of Bude. It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and lacked for nothing. Helen and Andy made us feel very welcome and the homemade cream tea left for us was delicious.As an added bonus there was a Beer Fest in the friendly local Preston Arms pub over the weekend.

As soon as we arrived we fell in love with Little Rowans! We have never stayed in such a well presented property. It smelt lovely as soon as you walked in and everything looked like brand new! The space is well thought out with everything and more thaat you could ever need. Helen and Andy were very friendly and helpful when we had a query. Fantastic stay at Little Rowans

We had a wonderful stay at Little Rowans and highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Bude. From the outset, the hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and welcoming stay. Prior to our arrival, they sent us a comprehensive "touchstay guide" that included detailed information about the property and a variety of activities and sights to enjoy in Bude. This guide was incredibly useful and added a personal touch to our experience. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained. On arrival, we were delighted to find a complimentary hamper filled with delicious Cornish treats, which was a thoughtful and generous gesture. The house was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hosts provided essentials such as milk, tea, and coffee, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and the attention to detail and hospitality from the hosts made it even more special. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Little Rowans has a great feel to it, very airy with plenty of light and space. It's an ideal getaway for two.
In the summer months the outside area is perfect for breakfasts al fresco and early afternoons/evenings for enjoying the sun, reading a book or just relaxing.

Winters, relax after a long walk on the North Cornish Coast, put on the heating and enjoy, you won't be disappointed. Boots warmers provided, when you need to dry out your gear.

Whatever the weather and season, Little Rowans is a gem. We are very proud of the service and accommodation we provide and very thankful for so many honest reviews online.
