Casa Tranquilo. Charming Character house with Large Private Pool, Moraira

Set on a quiet and private road just 5 mintues drive from the town centre of Moraira is where this charming character house is located. Surrounded by a large plot of Mediterranean gardens, including an orchard with fruit trees, avocado trees, grape vines, a true delight for the eyes and senses, the orange blossom filling the air. This charming house retains its original features, but has also been renovated to offer the comforts of a modern home. Being very well equipped and decorated makes this house feel like a home from home where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. The pool is a large 12 x 6 metres private pool with lots of terrace space for sunbathing, relaxing. There is also good sized outdoor kitchen with BBQ for dining, and a separate covered bar, both providing the perfect environment for socialising outdoors. There is an electric gated private driveway with parking for at least 3 cars. Upon entering this charming house you come into the bright, light and airy, summer lounge, and dining room in the closed in Naya, with floor to ceiling windows facing out to the pool and pretty gardens, being South facing you can enjoy all day sun until sunset. There is an inviting open fireplace for the winter months, surrounded by the local Tosca Stone gives a very cosy feeling. Ceiling beams throughout this beautiful house again add to its delightful charm. Moving further into the house there is another lounge with another open fireplace leading into the breakfast room with tables and chairs and open to the large modern, well equipped kitchen with windows looking out to the pool and gardens. Off the breakfast room is the good sized utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, with an enclosed area for outdoor clothes drying. There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is a traditional open area hallway where there is a further two bedrooms with twin beds in each, and a family bathroom. This house has so much character and charm, and is a true delight to enjoy. Highly recommended for a romantic retreat, a family holiday, or a get together of friends.

Beautiful House

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is really spacious and every room has so much character. The views are spectacular and the outside area is extremely spacious with the most fantastic pool which is huge. Paula is an amazing host very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic finka

We’ve had an amazing relaxing holiday. Finka was clean and well set up with much more than the bear essentials. Its location was perfect for us, out of the main town with beautiful gardens and of course phenomenal pool. Great for our family.

Sun, sea and a little storm 🤗

The villa was great, the pool was amazing and 3m deep, so plenty of diving fun to be had. The villa is well equipped and the outdoor cooking facilities are also of a decent quality, we had a storm which combined with some other factors resulted in a cloudy pool for a few days which was unfortunate - but all in all we all had a excellent holiday. And Paula the property manager was very helpful, I think it is fair to say that we will certainly return to the area - as there are some wonderful unspoilt areas to be enjoyed 👍

The property has tremendous potential. Nice house, great pool, unfortunately the outside of the property left a lot to be desired. The inside was adequate but again requires some maintenance and attention. Disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house very much! The pool is more than great and the area/garden around the house was perfect for our dog with a lot of space. The house has a great kitchen where you miss nothing. Paula was an amazing host. If we needed something or had a question we always could reach here and the things were solved within a few hours. The only thing that is a little bit disturbing especially in the evening is the kard track not far away from the house that you can hear if a lot of people are driving there. But after a few days you didn’t regocnize it so much anymore! We could fully recommend a stay in this great house!!

Simply wonderful!!!

One of the best houses we have been to, and we have been renting villas for more than ten years. Everything is perfect: the pool is huge, the plot is ideal, the AC units work really well....a paradise, to tell the truth. Paula, the person in charge of the house is awesome, really helpful from the first minute and always ready to help in case you need it. Moraira is just five minutes drive. In short, I truly recommend the villa. Stop searching...this is the one!!

Estancia agradable

Casa bien ubicada entre Teulada y Moraira, exterior muy cómodo, para comer y cenar, la piscina genial, zona de barbacoa con nevera al lado de la piscina estupenda también. En cuanto al interior, cocina bien equipada y cómoda de uso, dormitorio en planta baja con baño en suite sin armario pero con baldas encastradas en pared que hacían su función, salón amplio y luminoso, los dormitorios de arriba con AA, cómodos con baño compartido. Paula perfecta anfitriona, pendiente de todo y disponible en todo momento, tuvimos un fallo en el congelador y contactó rápidamente con el servicio técnico para solucionarlo, nos recomendó restaurantes de la zona que tuvimos ocasión de visitar muy agradables. Para repetir sin duda.

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, and return on holiday here year after year, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.
Moraira is now one of the most exclusive and pleasant places to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca. It has all the charms of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards, and at the same time has grown to offer everything to those that stay here. The streets are a mix of quaint cobbled narrow alleys and modern avenues lined with palm trees and fountains.
Moraira has a large variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. As the sun goes down relax in one of the many cafe bars, watch the sea and stunning views along the coastline to Calpe, or browse the stalls of the interesting street market.
Moraira's beaches, including the beautiful picturesque El Portet beach, have clean golden sand, are nestled in attractive bays with safe swimming, and the beaches cleaned daily. The main beach is situated next to the town centre with pedestrian walkways and a park area.
Moraira offers an excellent variety of sports activities, including jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition and equipment hire, tennis courts, a golf course, mini golf, and mountain bike hire. For children there are specially designed park areas to play safely.
Alternatively for a great day out visit, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Mundomar, Font D'Algar or even Valencia for its shopping and culture.
