Welcome to your dream Athenian house. An utterly unique apartment with a one of a kind Acropolis view. This is your chance to enjoy your stay in a quiet area of Athens, while admiring an amazing view of the Acropolis hill. Whether you're in Athens on a business trip or for holidays, this flat is undeniably the best choice for you.



Drift off to sleep to the comfortable beds. The queen bed and Murphy bed are fitted with high-quality Sealy mattresses, ensuring a restful and comfortable sleep. Step out to the balcony and have a relaxing breakfast while enjoying the sun and the breathtaking view of Acropolis, or chillax, and have a drink while you are counting the stars of the Athenian sky.

The apartment has lots of natural light it is airy and has a sophisticated feel. The queen bed and the murphy bed are there for you to rest and have a wonderful sleep.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony is simply the best in town!

You will have exclusive access to the apartment, which is on the 7th floor accessible by an elevator.

Pagrati is a quiet area full of beautiful parks and squares where you can spend your evenings. The area is rich in cafes, restaurants and bars were locals choose to hang out and meet their friends. It is recommended to visit the Kallimarmaro stadium, an ancient stadium entirely made of marble, where the Panathenaic Games in Ancient Greece were being held. If you are looking for an open terrace to enjoy your lunch and coffee, we would recommend Arbaroriza. You could combine it with a visit to the Goulandris museum to experience the amazing collection of famous works of art!



You will be within 10-15' walk from the heart of Athens, Syntagma Square and Plaka area.

Within 1-5' mins walk are some of the trendiest bars and restaurants in Athens

The management of this property were incredibly nice. They helpes with everything from taxi, wifi and even helped with maping. They went out of their way to help us with recommendations to where to go and fun local food.

Lovely stay overall, property manager very friendly, good communication and met us there. Property is lovely overall, could do with some minor sprucing in the bathroom and a change of the lounger in the living room, you could see imporvements where already being made, but overall a very nice stay with stunning views! Had everything needed and good location about 20 to 30 minutes walk to main areas and nice resturants on the door step. Overall a lovely stay!

Very Convenient place to stay in Athens.

Convenient and practical place to stay in Athens. You get to experience life in Athens with good neighboring shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc. All historical sites within decent walking distance. Would recommend it for stay with family. Awesome view of the Parthenon from the place a bonus.

Great place for Athens

Very convenient stay located in the heart of Athens. It’s a very safe area, that is rich with culture and vibrance. The view is amazing and Harry is very responsive and has many tools up his sleeve for any problems you might encounter.

Great Location and Nice Accommodations

The host was very helpful and provided options to ensure for a great visit, which we really appreciated. The bed was super comfortable -- a huge plus after a long day exploring the city on foot (which is really easy to do from the apartment). You're far enough away from the touristy places to feel like a local, but close enough to walk there in 20 minutes or less.

This is a great friendly neighborhood with a number of places to eat nearby. Met some great local people who gave us travel tips in Athens. Amazing view of the Acropolis from the apartment. Several other neighborhoods where there were great shopping and dining opportunities within a 20 - 25 minute walk. All in all we enjoyed a very nice stay here.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The view was everything that the description said it was. Our host was very helpful. Our taxi drivers told us we were in a good part of town and that made us feel even better about our stay. It is close to many of the main attractions and it is easy to get a taxi at this location. I definitely would stay here again.

Lovely property and great stay overall, views stunning, amenities are everything you need. Deffinately could use a little fix up on some minor areas, but the host who met us was lovely and explained that the property had just changed hands so likely was down to this. The lounger could do with replacing and a lick of paint would do good, but the sofa looked new, new hangers had been added and overall the location and our time here was lovely. Some good resturants on the doorstep and within walking distance around 20 to 30 mins to a lot. Very happy and lovely stay

The apartment was perfect in so many ways -- beautifully appointed, luxurious shower, view to die for. The location was about 20 minutes away from the town center and Plaka by foot but very reachable by taxi. The host was gracious and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Pleasant and Convenient

The property was well situated if your visit is centered on the ancient Greece sites. Only a 10-15 minute walk to public transportation, and 20-25 minutes to the Acropolis. The apartment was very clean. Furnishings were a little dated and a small dining table with two chairs would have been nice, but we did not spend that much time there that this was a major concern. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. Appreciated Hanni's timely communications.

Idéal pour 1 à 2 personnes Max Lit confortable et salle de bain ok Mais Équipement mobilier très sommaire avec une seule chaise et une seule grande marmite.. ok pour petit déjeuner mais difficile d’inviter amis pour dîner ou apéro.. un seul verre eau et un seul verre à vin par exemple…
