La taille de l'appartement est de 70 mètres carrés, dispose de deux balcons (salon et chambre) et est divisée en deux espaces: le salon avec TV, cuisine entièrement équipée, parquet, éclairage caché, mobilier design et la chambre avec salle de bains qui a une cloison en verre à travers laquelle vous pouvez voir une grande zone de douche construite. Les deux espaces sont confortables, ont de beaux matériaux et garantissent un séjour agréable. Idéal pour un couple. Un canapé se transforme en deux lits dans le salon pour un tiers et une quatrième personne ou un enfant.
Il y a aussi le wi-fi gratuit, machine à laver, cafetière, chaudière, deux climatiseurs, fer à repasser et planche à repasser et tube à la télé.
Le propriétaire est un architecte et a conçu l'intérieur de l'appartement avec d'excellents matériaux, un excellent design et une qualité de construction.

Appartement parfait

Je retournerais sans aucune hésitation. Cet appartement est parfait : propre, moderne, extrêmement bien situé et pourtant entièrement silencieux la nuit ce qui est très important pour nous. Le service fourni par Efi est super efficace.

Juste top

Emplacement ideal pour découvrir l'Acropole sans stress à pied. Appartement très agréable et très confortable très bien équipé. Evitez juste de vous garer devant, les policies n'aiment pas...

Superbe appartement !

Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Efi qui parle très bien français ! L'appartement est fonctionnel, très propre, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et possède tous les équipements ménagers ! Wifi de bonne qualité ! Il est très bien situé à proximité du centre historique de l'Acropole, de la ligne 2 - station Acropolis, des restaurants (le LIONDI juste à côté vaut le détour!). Petits commerces pas loin ! Conforme à l'annonce ! Encore merci à Efi ! Nous recommanderons cet appartement à nos amis français qui souhaitent passer un excellent séjour à Athènes! Nous reviendrons certainement à cette adresse !

séjour idéal

Accueil particulièrement chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire qui parle bien français. Appartement superbe, spacieux, lumineux, literie de bonne qualité. Emplacement idéal, quartier calme et tranquille ; commerçants, restos, métro, centre historique, musées, tout est proche même à pied. A recommander sans hésitation.

Wonderful location

This place was near everything and in particular the Metro for more outlying areas.The host was very attentive and helpful.

Thank you Efi I loved my stay!Stayed 4 a week until Dec 23rd & would stay again.Highly Recommend 5 Stars:1 person lift that is fast & works well. Many have none.The apartment is beautiful as described. Rooms were large, even bathroom & shower.Excellent location close to Parthenon & Uber to Plaka only 5 Euros if you don't want to walk.Nice safe neighborhood reasturants very close. Not over crowded.I will give less than 4.5 stars for ( I'm being picky)A wriitten sheet laminated with FAQ as not to repeat to each renter & ease stay. But owner very responsive. Also use Uber & Get Your Guide Apps for transport & tours.Heater/AC in living room only Broke. Due Christmas could not be repaired. Owner was quick to try & replace. A provided space heater worked fine . Cannot be helped but a small price reduction would have been nice.Freezer was over Frosted & not usable. Refrigerator fine.Lacked microwave, toaster & tea kettle leaked but was usable.Need more silverware & cups.Has nice washer but in Greek so use Google Translator & supplies under bathroom sink No dryer- didn't expect use dryer rack.No safe take passports & any valuables w/ you.Suggest Tough up paint, FAQ Sheet. Better sitting Area outside on Patio, a safe bolted to floor microwave, toaster, fix freezer, get microwave & toaster.Most 4.5 stars R to help others & owner.US renters U R are not in US stop acting petty in comments or stay at overpriced 1 room hotel. LOVED IT HERE

Very nice apartment with excellent location

Efi arranged transportation from the airport. The driver was friendly and assisted with our luggage. The location is near the Acropolis museum and many wonderful restaurants. A short walk to Plaka.we would definitely stay again.

Truly the Heart of Athens

This was the perfect apartment. Clean and exactly as advertised. Minutes walk away from many of the core attractions and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return. Great host and driver.

Excellent Location in Nice Property

Perfect location (right next to Acropolis Museum) from which to explore Athens. Lots of restaurants and attractions in walking distance. We never needed transportation. Property was great with two small balconies. Host arranged driver from airport which was great!

Awesome location.

Easy to walk to the sites, food, and the metro. If you are coming from the U.S., I highly recommend using the hosts driver, Spyros. He helped us with check in and gave great suggestions regarding day trips or using the ferry.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location. There are great restaurants, grocery store and a liquor store right around the corner. Easy walk to the Metro Stations and the Acropolis. They arranged for a pickup at the airport for us and the driver took us up to the apartment which made check in very easy. We were happy to get a load of laundry done before we left for our cruise. The place is clean and the bed is comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Sehr schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage von Athen

Modernes Ambiente in einem Apartment mitten in Athen. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier aus fussläufig zu erreichen. Was möchte man einem Stadtaufenthalt mehr? Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt, herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber!

Great Design Apartment September 2024

The apartment was in a very convenient location, with many restaurants just around the corner, as well as the Acropolis Museum, and other local attractions. The owner was very helpful and open to communication about the apartment, places to eat, etc. She also arranged transportation to and from the airport with a very friendly and knowledgeable driver. The apartment was large and well stocked, but there were a few concerns that prevented this from being a 5-star review: The unit was not as clean as the photos showed, especially the kitchen; there was some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom; the freezer was completely iced over and not usable; the back deck was filled with cleaning items and drying laundry and was therefore not usable either. ALSO: The elevator to and from the unit was very outdated and had a maximum capacity of 1 person, so moving heavy baggage was a challenge and we took the stairs up all 4 floors most of the time. All being said it was still a great value.

Perfect location with plenty of space

This VRBO was in an excellent location, just a short walk to the Acropolis and to the Plaka neighborhood, which is filled with shops and restaurants. The transfer driver was excellent, bringing us exactly to the property and explaining the check-in process. The space was modern, clean, and very spacious. We really enjoyed staying here and felt like it was great value just given the close proximity to where we wanted to be in Athens. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at the apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is absolutely amazing, with everything in walking distance. We had an issue with water leaking from the bedroom AC, but the other AC was strong enough that it kept us very cool during our stay. The host was communicative and helped us arrange a taxi to and from the airport. Definitely recommend!

Amazing! Definitely recommend!

This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time using vrbo and we have had a really pleasant experience overall. Our stay at this apartment was incredible, really couldn’t recommend it more!. The host was very helpful and friendly on our arrival and throughout our stay. We thought the location was perfect as it is round the corner from acropolis, loads of bars and restaurants nearby. There was also an easy accessible metro station if you want to adventure out. The apartment itself was very safe and secure. Bigger than we expected! Which was a lovely surprise. Very clean and tidy. The balcony was a sun trap, which we loved. The road noise is slightly loud when the doors are open but totally fine when the doors are shut. The only issue I think other people would complain about is that the apartment is on the 4th floor and after a long day of walking the stairs tire you out. There is a lift that I used a couple of times but it’s not for people who feel claustrophobic as it is very small.

Only downside was poor communication/no instructions on how to use hot water and washer. Everything was in Greek. Otherwise apartment was modern and very comfortable. Lots of shopping and food around the corner.

Great location

We had an excellent stay at Efi's property! Everything that was shown in ad is precisely what you get. The condo is on the 4th floor, directly above a restaurant block and mins walk from Acropolis Museum. The Acropolis entrance is 5 mins further. Its also one block away from the Hop On Hop Off bus stop. The only downside is the elevator (not in Efi's control). It always goes up no problem but it doesnt always come and get you on the 4th floor. Just a warning for anyone who has a hard time with stairs. 100% recommend this condo.

I invite you to stay in my apartment in a great location of Athens, the city I grew up in, that I designed and constructed myself using the best materials in the market and a lot of joy.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The apartment is located in one of the most important historical areas in the country, the Acropolis area, famous in the whole world as the symbol of ancient Greek civilization and I knew I was buying a piece of it when I chose it.
I've been visiting, admiring and having fun in this area since I was a child, that's why I designed and looked after my property with a lot of joy and love.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The apartment is new!
The renovation was completed in 2012.
I am an architect so when I bought it I knew I would demolish it and build my own design from the beginning. So not only the design is new but also the electrical, plumbing that all is hidden under what you see.
So what I have is a brand new beautiful apartment around the corner from the Acropolis.
