I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Athens! The location couldn’t have been better! and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and shops. The penthouse was the perfect stay for our 3 nights in Athens. Incredible views! Very clean. Everything we needed. Very close proximity to restaurants, stores and many archeological sites. We would stay here again if back in Athens.

Our stay at The One & Only Acropolis Penthouse was absolutely incredible. The convenience of its location made exploring the city of breeze, and we particularly cherished the breathtaking view of the Acropolis. Each morning, we would wake up to the Majestic site and in the evenings, enjoy the enchanting beauty as we say good night to this ancient wonder. The ambience of the penthouse was wonderfully relaxed, providing the perfect location for our vacation. Every moment spent there was filled with joy and tranquility. Our host, Francis was exceptional-always willing to accommodate our needs and incredibly prompt he his responses making our day even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking to experience the magic of Athens. Our time there was truly unforgettable and we cannot wait to return.. Five stars!

The property exceeded our expectations in every way! The views of the Parthenon are simply breathtaking, and we were a short walk to lots of great greek and international restaurants. We loved chilling out on the balcony and watching the sunset! Highly recommend it!

A Wonderful Four Nights in Athens

This apartment is gorgeous- and worth every penny if only for the insane views of the Acropolis and historic sites from every angle - even from the shower. Francis was an attentive host and the location of the apartment makes walking to many of the museums, bars and restaurants so easy. We can’t recommend this apartment highly enough! We’ll be back!

Beautiful View of Acropolis and Great Neighborhood

This apartment is truly amazing. From the back terrace we watched the sunset...then went inside to watch the lights turn on at the Acropolis and surrounding area. Beautiful views from all windows. The apartment is walking distance from many attractions. A nice surprise was the close by lively Psirri area with lots of restaurants. The washing machine was nice to have! The apartment was also very clean and comfortable.

Better than advertised!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay, in The 1 and only Acropolis penthouse! Everything about the unit was great, it was clean, well equipped and had the best view of the Acropolis. The location could not have been better, and was easy walking distance to attractions, dining, shopping and nightlife. Francis was an excellent host and communicated all the details I needed to know. I did contact him while in Athens and he picked up phone and answered my question right away. I would recommend and stay there again myself should I ever be back in Athens.

As if you are in your own house with a stunning view!!

Clean, cosy, warm, excellent for business or personal use. Full of facilities inside as if it is your own house. Nothing is missing. The best view ever to the Acropolis monuments! In this apartment you feel proud to be Greek...and this is a good feeling especially these days when everything collapses for most greeks. And above all a detailed, helpful, polite and knowledgeable owner who can inform you about food, etc in the best way.

great property. the views are as advertised--stunning. you won't find better. the location is extremely well located to everything. we were provided an unbelievably delicious bottle of wine at check-in. francis helped arrange excellently chauffeured transfers to and from the airport. do not take the metro, take the mercedes. it costs the same. it it's your first time in athens, absolutely nothing will beat the view of the acropolis right out your window as you wake up to breakfast or go down for the night. absolutely value for your money.

Best of the best

Spent month’s planning our 40th anniversary trip so I looked for listings 4.8 or better and wanted to be near the city center but close to the Plaka if possible to take advantage of the restaurants and local shopping. The unit was breathtaking upon arrival. The view of the acropolis was amazing. The unit was spacious with a comfortable bed and sofa in the living room. (Not all furniture is comfortable in some rentals). Everything was there to make our stay extra special. The outdoor patio was huge and the dry sauna was a special treat at the end of the day. We were literally only a few meters from some fantastic restaurants and bakeries and coffee shops. Every food you could want was within a block or two at most. I needed some medicine for a chest cold and there was even a pharmacy just a block away. I was surprised how quiet the apartment was too. I highly recommend this unit as it’s a true 5 star unit. The host were very helpful and communication was what you would expect in a top tier property such as this. Oh and the unit has a small washer and dryer combo unit that allowed us to wash our clothes as needed. If you are looking for a quality apartment with one of the best views in all of Athens that is close to everything then look no further. My wife and I are wanting to return again and I will for sure hope this is available when we do. Thank you Francis for being such a wonderful host.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Let me preface this by saying I am not one for writing reviews but after our stay here at this property, I was inclined to share our exceptional experience. The ad for this property is spot on! The views are unbelievable, the location is perfect, and the unit is amazing. Prior to arriving we looked up the street views on Google and were a little sceptical about the neighborhood. A lot of the exterior pictures of the neighborhood show a lot of grafiti on buildings and bussinesses that have closed…but don’t let that deter you…that appears to be the norm for a lot of Athens. The owner contacted us prior to arrival to make sure we had all the codes to get into the building and unit and was attentive to all our needs during our stay. You know the old saying, “seeing is believing?” That is truly the case here. The pictures in the property description are no where near as good as the actual property. We were BLOWN away by this place. If you are looking for modern EVERYTHING then this is the place for you. Everything was immaculate with breathtaking views of the Acropolis, all the ammenities that you could ever need, and an outdoor space that was perfect to have a drink and relax from a long day. The location was close to all the sights, shopping, and food that Athens has to offer and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The title to this ad says it all…this truly is the One and Only Acropolis Penthouse in Athens and we will be back aging soon to stay. Thanks for the memories! Brian
