Ceci est un appartement complètement neuf et fraîchement rénové (août 2021). Si vous voulez vivre à 100 mètres du musée de l'Acropole et à seulement 5 minutes de l'entrée de l'Acropole, alors cet appartement est une option incontournable.



L'appartement, rénové en 2021, se trouve au 6ème étage d'un immeuble athénien typique et peut accueillir jusqu'à 2 clients. Il est meublé et entièrement équipé. Il y a une chambre et une salle de bain privée de luxe. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un four, un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, des couverts, de la vaisselle et des casseroles, une bouilloire, une cafetière, un grille-pain. Vous pourrez profiter de votre café gratuit pendant votre séjour.



Le énorme balcon avec sa vue merveilleuse sur l'Acropole est vraiment stupéfiant !



L'appartement entier est entièrement climatisé tandis qu'il y a aussi une chaudière pour vous fournir de l'eau chaude 24h/24.



Bien sûr, les lits sont déjà faits, avec des draps fraîchement repassés d'une marque de très haute qualité. De plus, il y a des serviettes propres pour chacun d'entre vous.

L'Acropole est la station de métro la plus proche et la gare routière est à 50 mètres.

The host was super communicative from the time we booked until check- out! The apartment was clean and close to all of the sites, shops, and restaurants that we wanted to visit. He also scheduled our ride from and to the airport.

The view off the balcony is exactly as described. The room is small but functional and well laid out. Plaka is a 5 min walk. There is a bakery, coffeeshop, and market around the corner. We spent 5 days - a great experience!

This apartment is perfect. The space is small, it’s an efficiency with a very large patio. The view is so much better than the pictures show. It’s close to everything. We only needed rides to and from the airport, we could walk everywhere else in Athens. We absolutely loved staying here. The host with delightful helped us with rides to and from the airport and our driver gave us several delightful restaurant suggestions. I would certainly stay with menos properties again!

I can’t say enough about the kindness and hospitality of George. He communicated effectively and promptly, and was always available to coordinate our transportation, tours and everything. The people who he referrred for our driver and tours were excellent! We loved his little apartment and it was the perfect location to walk to everything! And what a view!! I highly recommend!!
There is no magnification on this photo. The Acropolis is right in front of your face when you look out the window or stand on the balcony.

The location is wonderful and looks better than the picture. George was so much help in getting a driver to get us from the airport. It’s a small apartment but perfect for a couple. Easy to get around the neighborhood, very safe and close to everything. Check in and out was a breeze.

This small luxury apartment should not be overlooked when booking a place in the center of Athens. The view of the Parthenon is breathtaking during the day or at night. (The picture with the description is the actual view). The views in a 270-degree radius on the balcony are awesome. While the apartment is small, it is extremely up-to-date. It is close to anything or anywhere you want to go. It's just a few steps from the museum where there are numerous restaurants and an Acropolis subway stop. Uber and Free-now ride share apps should be used instead of the yellow cabs, who do respond to Uber and Freenow app reservations at their rates which are much less than the yellow cabs' fares. There are no negatives about this rental and if available for your stay in Athens for two people, jump at the chance to rent it. You won't be disappointed. The host is very responsive and accommodating. With a washer and drying rack on site, it will serve all of your needs.

The pictures don’t do the view justice. You are so close to the Acropolis and have an incredible (especially at night) view of the Parthenon. The property and accommodations are just as described and pictured. Lovely and magical!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. You can't beat the view of the Acropolis from the very spacious private deck. Excellent location- near everything you want to see and yet not quite in the middle of the super touristy and noisy Plaka. Wonderful bakery and good taverns nearby. The property is quite small but the deck more than compensates in good weather. It could use a bit of a check of all amenities. We had to buy a lightbulb for the only lamp next to the bed and the coffee maker seemed to have some problem also.

We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the view and location. We’ve already replaced the coffee machine. As for the lamp, I’m quite surprised, as I always check every detail before each check-in, it must have been a faulty bulb. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention!

We loved the apartment!! It is located between the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. It has a large, comfortable balcony, which we enjoyed. There are restaurants, food stores and a great bakery just a few minutes away. It’s located on the 6th floor so having a lift was very handy. George and his helper were both helpful and kind!!

Short visit to Athens

Our place was amazing. Beautiful view!!! Breathtaking. Easy walking distance to museums, shops, and all attractions. Grocery mart and bakery less than a block away. The place is small, but as advertised. You have lots of room on the veranda. Would stay again.

Best place to stay in Athens, Greece

I am beyond thankful we found this listing on VRBO. We could not have picked a better place to stay. Everything was as described and even better. George was a wonderful host and helped to accommodate transport from the airport and to the cruise port. George was very kind and attentive. The views are truly incredible from the balcony and the location is perfect for walking to all the major sights and attractions. If you are looking at booking this place do it now. I promise you will love everything about it. I would give 10 stars if I could.

What a location!

Two of us spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved the apartment! It's small but very tidy and has a spacious balcony with a view that's even better than the pictures show. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Athens - the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, Monastiriki, and all over the Plaka with all its many excellent restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Communication was quick and responsive, both before and during our stay.
