Hosting three bedrooms; ground-floor king-size with en-suite, a double, and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open plan living space with a kitchen and dining area, and sitting area, and a utility, and games room. To the outside is a decked area with hot tub, sauna and furniture, while off-road parking is available for two cars. Resting in a pleasant location and close to scenic attractions, 40 Fairway Lakes Village is a heart warming retreat in a lovely part of England. Please note: this property has a minimum night stay of x5 nights, all bookings must arrival on a Saturday.
Amenities: Underfloor gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power included in rent.
