Our smallest room converted from the outbuilding of the original farm, features an exposed flint wall and an open gable roof. Rescued cinema seats provide the ideal intimate space for you to watch your evening film. A contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower.

Enjoy a traditional breakfast, freshly cooked to order, using local ingredients, served with a selection of fresh fruits and cereals. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available upon request.
The space
We have three double rooms here at Low Road Farm , the King of Spades and the King of Heart which both have fully functional kitchens and The Ace of Diamonds.
These rooms can be booked individually or together
We are situated in the small village of Runham, Norfolk. A gem of a bed and breakfast, individually styled by its owners. You will not find another B&B like this so close to the Norfolk Broads! The perfect place to explore the Norfolk Broads, Great Yarmouth, Norwich and the Coast with a quirkiness you only expect to find in the city.

Breakfast is served in the Breakfast Room and in the warmer months guests can have breakfast on the small patio area in front of their rooms or on the terrace and watch the countryside come to life around them.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available.

Wifi is available in the room for guests, with Freeview TV and a DVD player.
