POD is a stylish Shepherd's hut resting in Cottingham, East Riding of Yorkshire. Hosting one bedroom, including a king-size, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also a kitchen and living area with woodburning stove. Two dogs welcome. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and an enclosed garden with furniture and a fire pit. POD is a splendid retreat promising a relaxed holiday in Yorkshire.
Amenities: Woodburning stove. Microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with ice box, Smart TV. WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed garden with lawn, graveled area and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles, pub 0.8 miles. Golf clubhouse with bar and restaurant 5 mins walk. Cottingham Parks Golf & Leisure Club have agreed to let guests staying at this property use the facilities of the leisure club subject to a charge payable at the Club and proof that they are staying at one of the properties ie confirmation from Sykes,
