A spacious 3-bedroom villa set in the serene area of Latsi within a 3 -minute drive of the picturesque area of Latsi harbour. The villa is located in a quiet, peaceful and secure area which is perfect for the whole family. Spacious terraces are surrounding the property, where you will find a selection of patio furniture and a barbecue ideal for an unforgettable dining experience.

The secluded location offers the perfect setting for relaxing holidays in Cyprus, resting 4 -minutes from the nearest beach facilities. The property is surrounded by fruit / olive trees and with a well-tended grass garden which with combination with the outdoor pool establishes the perfect setting for the summer months. The property is air-conditioned throughout with separate A/C units in every room including the living room.

Entering the property, you will immediately notice that it offers a spacious, open plan living room with sofas and a flat screen satellite TV with a DVD player, android tv box, Playstation 2 and wireless speaker.
A table tennis is available for free at the rear veranda of the villa. Free wifi is available in all areas of the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen a door leads out to the poolside covered terrace where a large dining table seats up to 6 guests.

The villa offers 1 double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master double bedroom offers a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining twin bedrooms share access to a communal bathroom while a separate WC is located next to the living room. Cot and high chair is also available.

Outside, you will find the 8.5m x 4.5m swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the Cyprus sunny days. The pool offers both a shallow (0.90m depth) and a deep part. (2m depth)

In 3-min drive you can reach all amenities including restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The nearest town, Polis is 4 km away. Paphos International Airport is just an hour drive. The famous Bath of Aphrodite with its water falls and the mountains is combined with fantastic sea views and beaches and is only 3.5 km away.

For 2020 the owners, staff and property meet the local regulations on COVID-19. This has involved a number of adaptations to cleaning regimes and facilities in order to reduce risk, make the place safer for guests and staff alike and ensure that you concentrate instead on the serious business of enjoying yourselves and having a great holiday!

The villa is built in a peaceful location on a large plot, which is surrounded by orchards filled with orange and lemon trees. It is situated in a scenic countryside location on the outskirts of Neo Chorio village, one of the most picturesque villages of Paphos. Within a two-minute drive of Latchi you will find a selection of restaurants, shops, and pavement cafes. There is a choice of beaches within a two-minute drive. Polis town itself which has a larger selection of shops, restaurants and bars is only a 5 - minute drive away. For those who enjoy walking the Akamas peninsula with its spectacular views is within close reach.
