A impressive modern family holiday home with private garden and pool in the area Costabella, Marbella. Located only 300 meters from the best beach of Marbella.

The holiday home has three bedrooms distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is the open plan kitchen connected with the dining area, the large lounge area with a vaulted wooden staircase leading to the second floor. On the groundfloor level there are also two bedrooms both with their own bathroom.



The first floor is entirely reserved for the master suite and its terrace with amazing sea views. The house has been built with a modern style with lots of window surface letting in the beautifull mediteranean light.



The deck of the living room overlooks the garden and is the perfect dining spot. The house faces south and the garden is fully fenced. The L shaped pool is overseen by the terrace so perfect for parents who want to keep an eye on their child.



Most amenities can be found at walking distance to the house; supermarkets, restaurants and off course the beach. Nearby there are several sports facilities like tennis clubs (Royal tennis club, Pinomar raquets club), golf clubs (Santa Clara and Marbella Golf and country club), gyms and even horse riding facilities.

Well maintained and close to most things like the old town ,beaches and shops. The grounds were maintained immaculately Very prompt response to a view issues with a leaking ceiling ! The use of artificial plants indoors ,but understand why !!

Great girly break

Myself and 5 girlfriends stayed for 3 nights. The villa was perfect for our little break away, the beach is around a 30 minute walk away and other places are just 15 minutes in an Uber. We dined at an amazing restaurant called Breathe which I would highly recommend. Lovely area if you are looking for a quiet time or you are willing to pay for taxis.

Everything was great except a kne time instance where the fuses went out due to some electrical issu

Everything was great except a kne time instance where the fuses went out due to some electrical issue that was fixed the same day. However, the only large minus was the two seprete beds bedroom it was never i tented as a bedroom and it was extremely small and uncomfortable the same goes for the adjecent bathroom which was simply too small. Myself and my friends switched around the bedrooms and that was when I realized how subpar to the rest was the separete beds bedroom. Considering we payed the same amount you are better of if this room is left unuseddedicated to kids.

Amazing accommodation with a great host

The house is amazing, very spacious and immaculately clean. Great location near the beach and short drive from the center. The host was so nice and helpful and he went above and beyond to make are stay pleasurable. Will definitely book this accommodation in the future
