EVEN THE VIEW IS PERFECT!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location is very convenient to everything. The complex is beautiful and facilities amazing! The condo is very clean and gorgeously decorated and second only to the view!! In all the years we’ve stayed at the Icon we have never been in a condo that was so well equipped. All the little details you don’t need to worry about on holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

Family Vacation

We stayed for 1 month at this condo. What an amazing vacation! Every previous review for this condo is completely accurate. The condo was stocked so well with everything.. the wrap around balcony with the views and whale watching.. you can walk to the grocery store and oxo for all of your needs.. the communication with the host Luis was fast and easy and he was beyond accommodating. He even let some of our guests leave their bags on the balcony for a few hours past check out because their flight was later in the day. Thank you Luis for everything! We had an incredible time!!

Great Vacation in Puerto Vallarta

Luis and his unit were great. The Icon is an impressive condo complex, in a perfect location. Pool service was a wonderful surprise, beach was perfect for our little kids. All in all, we were all very happy with the unit, the building, amenities, service etc. The unit is really well stocked, especially in the kitchen. Dealing with High End Management was also very easy they Luis and the team were very attentive and accommodating to all of our needs.

Perfect girl’s weekend getaway

We loved everything about our stay! The condo is well furnished with everything you might need for your visit. The checkin/checkout process was quick and easy. Really liked that we were met by a representative who toured us through the condo and explained how to work everything. The property as a whole feels secure and safe. Massages at the spa left us all feeling like jello. One of our favorite things was to turn the AC off in the mornings, open all the window walls and enjoy our café out on the balcony. We will bookmark this one for a return!!

AMAZING!!

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 6! We could have been happy doing nothing but sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view, but we also loved Puerto Vallarta! The grocery store was right around the corner, the beach club and pool were wonderful, and Enrique was very helpful at check-in. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing all meals (we only ate out twice in our 6 days) When I say the condo was perfect, I am not exaggerating! The doors open so it feels like you are outside. We did not turn on the AC and slept with the doors open. There was plenty of space for all of us and we have 4 teenagers. Icing on the cake was whale watching!

Best of Icon Vallarta

We have been staying at the Icon Vallarta property for a number of years and Luis' unit is hands down the best unit we have stayed at to date. The apartment is on the 26th floor of Tower 3. The apartment is on the corner of the building so that all the windows have incredible views of the Ocean, Sunset, Harbor and/or City views. This unit being on the far end of the building provides for more visual privacy given you are not looking into other adjacent building apartments. The check-in process was quite efficient and fast. Our host facilitated a complete walk-thru in addition to a well-documented PDF document providing all necessary information relevant to the apartment. The unit was very clean. We stayed for a month and given the proximity of the Icon Vallarta to Grocery stores we like to cook at home for most of our meals. This unit was extraordinarily well stocked with all types of cookware, dishes, utensils, knives, etc. in addition to an existing stock of oils, spices and other basic food stock. We used the 3 adult bedrooms and they were comfortable with ensuite bathrooms. I would highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to book it again in the future. Best, Eric

Don't hesitate. Just book it.

I told you we’d be back! Thanks again to Luis for opening his home to our family for our ten-day vacation. We’ve been here before and knew what we were getting. There were no surprises, and everything went exactly as planned. We were so happy to be welcomed back. The resort itself was busy but we always found beach chairs to allow us to sit together. There were some beach Jazzercize classes offered in the morning for a donation to a local charity and of course the beach walks were always available. The staff at the resort were only ever helpful, friendly and attentive. The accommodations were clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The view was just as amazing as before and every sunset remarkable. We drank the filtered water without issue (if only the cervezas, mimosas and wine had been as kind to us….!!) The grocery store is just right across the back alley and has everything you need to cook your own meals, offsetting the costs and catering to individual food preferences. We didn’t use the air conditioning much because if you just draw the blinds before going to the beach and leave the electronic vents running, the place stayed cool enough. Luis checked in with us via WhatsApp on occasion and was available for consultation if required. Again, we booked a Yacht with Mike’s Charters and Tours and this is a MUST. It is always a trip highlight. This VRBO is a great spot and take it from me, you can book it without hesitation! Luis is a great host.

Family vacation

The view was the most spectacular I have ever seen. the fireworks were coming from all directions on New Years Eve. It was the coolest! The conciege provided transportation for our large group and reservations to restaurants. We had 11 people including my 81 year old mom and it was easy for her to get around as well. Great experience!

Spectacular condo and view

We spent a wonderful 6 weeks in this well appointed condo which had a spectacular view of the bay, the beach, and from time to time whales and dolphins. Luis and Laura were very attentive to our needs and any concerns we had were quickly addressed. The Icon Vallarta is a wonderful complex, the concierges very helpful and the beach and pool were wonderful.

ICON Vallarta 26th Floor, Tower 3 heaven!

Beautiful place, great staff, wonderful atmosphere. Great location in Tower 3, the newest and largest. spectacular 180 degree views abound! Luis is very attentive to any requests, including cleaning and stocking sheets and towels. Thank you luis!! The unit is large and stocked with a complete array of high tech features for my kids to game, watch TV and listen to tunes on the occasion overcast day. We will certainly make a return visit to the ICON Vallarta and specifically to this unit.

Excellent accommodation

I know it looks too good to be true, but it isn’t. Luis’ place is exactly as depicted and made for an awesome family vacation. It was very clean, well maintained, spacious, and more than beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the facilities all worked well. There were more bathrooms and beds than we could use. We arrived to a dozen cold cervaza in the fridge and cupboards well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils and some staple spices and condiments (ketchup, peanut butter, jam, coffee, oil etc). We drank the filtered water without any issues and there were seven of us. The whales bid us good morning by breaching just off the coast and the weekend fireworks were reason to open just one more bottle of wine. Every evening we could watch the sky divers parachute in to hit their mark on the beach only three hotels down and we awed at their accuracy. I can’t talk about the sunsets without getting weepy. The view is STUNNING! Our kids were old enough not to need the toys and games left to use but sure appreciated the apple tv and other tech gaming systems. Laura, the property manager was informative and accommodating. Very professional. Luis is also very attentive. He literally just opens his gorgeous home without hesitation and we felt so welcome. The Icon Vallarta is a little piece of heaven on earth. The resort itself is quiet, fun, safe and secure. The beach bar has friendly staff who are efficient and skilled at making any drink you desire. The concierge is knowledgeable and so helpful whether you need a dinner reservation, a cab or help with virtually anything else. The grocery store is literally less than a block walk away and it has everything. No problem accessing anything you need. They just won’t sell you booze before 11:00 a.m. Luis helped us connect with Mike’s Charters and Tours and we were able to rent a yacht for a day to explore the ocean, do some snorkeling and have lunch on an island only accessible by boat. Wow! That was quite an adventure and so worth the experience. Don’t hesitate to use this VRBO. It’s fabulous. Just don’t book it before I can pick my next vacation dates because we are definitely going back!

Absolutely breathtaking!

As a previous travel agent I have done my fair share of travelling, staying at some incredible places in the world. One word for this place....PERFECT! I shared this condo with 2 other families and we found the outside space as comfortable as the inside. This condo has it all. We enjoyed 180 degree views, all waterfront! And by waterfront I mean the water was directly below us! We enjoyed watching the cruise ships and the whale watching from our breathtaking wrap around balcony. I have stayed at the Icon Vallarta property 4 years in a row and this is, by far, the most beautiful condo! Luis (owner) and Laura (property manager) were more than accommodating and offered guidance and assistance with any of our needs, both with the property and with Puerto Vallarta itself. Needless to say, I will be back Luis! Many thanks for making my family trip so memorable. Jody, On, Canada

Great Family Holiday!

We booked this condo for our family of 5 for a 10 day stay. We really wanted a great, comfortable space where we all had room to spread out a bit, and it really delivered! The views from the balcony were incredible! It wraps around 3 sides of the building. On the one side you can see cruise ships docking, and all the boats coming in and out of the harbor. On the other side, you can see all the action on the beach as well as beautiful sunsets every night. All the rooms have sliders that open wide so you can enjoy the fresh sea air if it's not too hot! Luis was an awesome host, he was very responsive and helped us plan everything. Through him we were able to hire a very reasonably priced cook/cleaner who took care of us and even did our laundry! Her cooking was amazing and it was awesome to enjoy a home cooked breakfast after our morning coffee every day. He checked in via text a few times to make sure everything was going well, which it was of course! The beach is also great, they have beach lounges available with varying degrees of shade, along with drink service available from a very friendly staff. The pools looked great as well although we spent most of our time at the beach. The location is very good as well, it is very close to the airport which is convenient. Just to the north is the marina area, with a bunch of restaurants, and a really cool local market on Thursday evenings with food, crafts, and lots of activity. That was an unexpected surprise one night as we were out exploring. Zona Romantica is a short cab or Uber ride to the south, and offers a completely different experience. With this location, you really get access to whatever you are looking for on your vacation. There is an audio/video system in the condo as well, good WIFI, and really everything you need. Luis can also help arrange for a pre-arrival delivery of groceries and drinks so everything is stocked and ready to go when you get there, which I recommend. We had a truly great vacation, we can't wait to go back!
