Welcome to this lovely penthouse in Torremolinos which is quietly located near the El Pinillo train station (10min walk) and close to everything you could wish for on holiday, the beach is a nice walk away at 18 min as is Puerto Marina in Benalmadena. There are grocery stores and lovely restaurants just around the corner from the apartment. Torremolinos is a city bursting with life all year round and known for its incredible charm and night life, however, the apartment is on the border of Benalmadena which opens up even more opportunities for new memories, Parque la Paloma is a beautiful park full of different types of plants, palms and cacti and animals such as free range chickens, peacocks and goats. Next to the park is Selwo Marina with its dolphin room and frequent displays which makes this perfect for families with children and adults. In Puerto Marina, which is one of Europe's most beautiful ports, there are a number of designer clothing stores, good restaurants and entertainment such as Prison island and laserdome.Benalmadena Pueblo, an old white village, has old and charming streets, photo-friendly monuments and a greenhouse full of exotic butterflies as well as one of the western world's largest Buddhist temples. When you step into the apartment you are greeted by the large and social living room on the left, where you have a wide sofa group, large Smart TV with international channels and a dining group for 6 people. You have a lovely balcony with sea views, a view of the pool and a beautiful view of the Benalmadena skyline in the evening. To the left as you step in through the front door you have the fully equipped and modern kitchen, here you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, micro and everything you could possibly need to cook. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a double bedroom and a bedroom, which in the pictures have a red sofa bed but which is currently a new modern bunk bed. Upstairs is the third bedroom with its own TV and space for a laptop. From the bedroom you will also reach up to both terraces with gas grill, sunbeds and sun from morning to evening. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI and A / C in all rooms, Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, pool and much more. Fyi the round sitting island I not on the terrace due to getting damaged by the sun so owner decided to not get a new one. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
