Great location close to green spaces for your pet(s) and not too far from shops, restaurants, and bars. This accommodation is very spacious with everything you need.
Would definitely stay here again.
We had the most wonderful stay in the apartment. The apartment was close to everything including the tram and supermarket. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We will certainly recommend the apartment to family and friends. Thanks for a wonderful three week Scotland holiday.
This apartment is such a lovely surprise. The building itself is undergoing some exterior work, however once inside the apartment youâll have everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms. The location is brilliant, right on the tram service up to the city centre or local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend to stay here, will definitely use again.
Property was clean, amenities were great, location was great (on tram line to easily take you into new town and only a few minutes to the grocery store). Emma was great to communicate with. Recommended and would stay again.
Great large apartment for 3 couples. Lovely bedrooms, large sitting room and fully stocked kitchen. Best location for Edinburgh-
on tram line and close to fun Leith apartments.
Excellent host communication! Highly recommend!
Les points forts : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
Disappointed
Property in a good location however not worth the money we paid.
Flat needs some TLC, rooms very dusty, bedside tables full of dust, window sills dusty.
One of the bedroom blinds donât roll up so room dark all the time, not ideal, owner aware when we checked it!
Toilet seat lose.
Towels and bed linen smelt quite damp.
No bath mats in bathrooms.
We had good few days sightseeing but flat very disappointing.
Nice location with tram stop a few minutes away. Quick tram into the city and walk or tram to waterfront. The flat was older, but well kept with everything we needed. The large living area was great for family gathering.
The property was well photographed so we knew really what we were walking into. Having said that, the apartment still impressed us all and we instantly felt at home. The apartment was stocked with excellent kitchen facilities so we were able to self-cater easily, especially with the Tesco just around the corner. The beds were very comfortable and the other facilities (bathrooms, drawing room) were presented excellently. We used an app called City-Planner to figure out the public transport system and found the bus stop just a couple of minutes up the road - so in effect the old town is 20 - 25 minutes away worst-case.
Overall a fantastic stay, made easy and very pleasant by our accomodation. Canât recommend the place highly enough.
Lovely apartment with soaring ceilings in a quaint neighborhood in Leith
Lovely apartment with large rooms, well equipped kitchen and modern baths. Great location, which will be even better once the light rail is up and running! Could use a few more linens (dish towels, hand towels) but the host could not have been more accommodating in getting these to us once requested.
Edinburgh is again afflicted with tramline works. It took a couple of days to discover the best ways to leave and return by car to the property in Leith One good thing was the proximty of Tesco (open 'til midnight) - only a couple of minutes walk for everyday shopping. The car parking at the property is excellent - a real bonus. The apartment is spacious. Wwe were only three persons and it would take six (perhaps even eight if the settee is actually a studio couch). Everything needed to be self-catering is there. If one might offer some constructive criticism it is that none of the equipment in the kitchen had any written instructions on how it worked. The kettle was easy, but It would take a genius to figure out the ovens. We didn't use them. The microwave was sussed out by our fearless 14 year-old. But even he was defeated by the entertainment systems. The TV did not have a strong enough signal to produce a picture (and we had the aerial every-which-way). The radio-cd player is state-of-the-art but defied every logical attempt to get into it. Illogical (tending towards brute force) got it open. But it could not be used because 0000 was not accepted as the pin number to unlock it. Not to worry - we played chess every evening. Now there's a thought - a chess set would have been useful - fortunately we brought our own.
So, there were some frusrating aspects to life in the apartment. But who cares - it was Embro at JazzFest time. And that was great.
Cant fault this accommodation. Booking went smoothly. Travel instructions very clear. Accommodation first rate! Extremely spacious with comfort through out. Fully functioning amenities. Highly recommended!
I would totally buy this property, if they would let me! Great location, great amenities, spacious and charming! We used this for a family get-away and all of us throughly enjoyed everything about this property. The hosts were very responsive. This will be even better once the tram out front is completed.
Lovely, very large clean apartment with high ceilings. All the amenities we required at hand.
Peaceful and comfortable stay with parking right outside. Great location for our needs. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Lots of small things thought about to make our stay very homely. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Lovely very well equipped property. Great location for staying with family and dogs great park just across the road. Lots of great dog friendly restaurants for brunch and dinner. Very clear communication with David. Would definately
recommend.
