A delightfully modern, newly refurbished apartment located very close to the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and the city centre. Explore the many bars, bistros, museums and tourist attractions in and around the city as well as the thriving hub of Leithâs shore area which are all within walking distance. There is free on street parking right outside the apartment, excellent public transport links and ample space for sleeping arrangements for additional guests. Cosy, Convenient and Quirky :)
Having just been fully refurbished everything in this apartment is brand new. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a traditional Edinburgh apartment block situated in the vibrant Easter Road (Leith) area of Edinburgh. You will enjoy the ENTIRE self catering apartment to yourself, which is fully equipped. This stunning ground floor apartment accommodate up to 6 people (if you need a cot please ask and we can set one up for you).
The apartment benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you need plus much more! The two bedrooms have double size beds with quality pocket spring mattresses and storage space. In addition there are two full height electric airbeds provided. There is an impressive modern styled main shower + bathroom. For additional guests and the placement of the air beds you can get creative with sleeping arrangements and use the space as you please.
To the rear of the building, there is a well maintained, shared outdoor garden area shared by all of the apartments in the block. Quality fresh bed linen and towels are provided.
The flat also benefits from:
- Free unlimited and speedy WIFI
- Flat Screen TV
- Power Shower and bath
- Central heating
- Oven, hobs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine
- Dining table
-Iron and ironing board
- FREE on street private parking right outside the apartment.
Check in time is from 3pm onwards. Check out is anytime before 10am. If you are arriving earlier than this please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. The apartment is 1.5 miles from the city centre (Waverley Train Station) and is served by a number of buses.
The entire property is yours during your stay. Treat it with care and respect like it was your own home. Please consider the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

At just 1.5 miles from Waverley Train Station, the apartment is close enough to allow easy access to the city centre while being far enough away to escape the hubbub at the dayâs end. On foot, all of the cityâs major attractions are within 30 minutesâ reach, while there are a number of buses which can take you into town in a fraction of that time, all operating on a regular and reliable schedule within easy reach of your front door. In the other direction, the apartment is just a stoneâs throw from the Water of Leith and the Shore, a charming waterfront area that is packed with vibrant bars and restaurants serving top-quality local produce. Indeed, there are two Michelin star restaurants within a short walk of your doorstep! There are also plenty of supermarkets, stores and cafĂ© nearby as well. For those who wish to explore further afield, the street in front of the apartment does not charge for parking, saving on a potentially huge expense in Edinburgh.
There is a regular and reliable public transport service to and from the city centre. The bus stop is right across the street from the apartment, a trip straight to the centre and will only take 5-10 mins. Alternatively, you can stroll into town in 20 minutes, The Shore area in around 15 minutes, Newhaven Harbour and The Royal Yacht Britannia in 20 minutes and The Botanic Gardens in about 25 minutes.
EDINBURGH TRAMS (DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT) Edinburgh now has trams operating which makes getting into town very easy from the airport. A tram goes from the airport to St Andrews Square and takes rougly 30 minutes. The airport bus is also an option and also goes to St Andrews Square.
