The villa is - unique in Lanzarote - designed with an Austrian touch and high quality building materials. The construction guarantees a very pleasant, incomparable indoor climate thanks to the interplay of underfloor heating and ceiling cooling. This way, all rooms are air conditioned without any noise and draft-free. All main house facilities are on the same level, perfectly connected and very accessible.

On a lower level you find a modern sauna as well as a large games room with pool table, table football and darts. There is also a table tennis table on the pool terrace. The entire facility is completely barrier-free, and is in a cul-de-sac only with local traffic providing absolute rest!

The approximately 50 square meter pool is equipped with the latest automatic control technology to monitor the temperature and water quality which provides a guaranteed bathing temperature too on cooler days! The pool is visually impressive with its attractive glass stone mosaic. The water surface can be protected with a roller blind and the outdoor shower with hot water. This shower is also suitable after the sauna sessions.

From the various rooms and from all three terraces you can enjoy an unobstructed, magnificent 180° distant view of the Atlantic, the marina and the island of Fuerteventura.

In the secluded garden, various types of cactus and flowers bloom all year round. Parking spaces are plenty in front of the villa on the very tranquil street as well as in the garage exit.

The entire villa and the terraces are equipped with high-quality designer furniture. Both buildings each have a high-quality compact designer kitchen with modern BOSCH appliances. The bathrooms allow for barrier-free shower rooms but still provide a bath for your relaxation and Geberit toilets are fitted with intimate showers.

All of the doors and windows are tiltable, with triple glazing and the windows are equipped with insect screens. The doors are designed as elegant cassette doors. Both living rooms are equipped with large flat-screen TVs with satellite reception and WiFi internet reaches all rooms.

At the luxury harbour of Puerto Calero you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars for every taste, a weekly artisan market, ATMs, various designer shops and all kinds of leisure activities such as excursions, submarine trips in the very beautiful underwater world of Lanzarote or even the possibility of deep sea fishing. In the immediate vicinity, a newly built sports and fitness center offers professional training opportunities!

The entire facility around the marina is guarded around the clock with 24h security which provides great peace of mind.

Along the sea there are very beautiful, cobbled promenade paths with benches that are illuminated at night. From the promenade path, several exits lead to beautiful bathing bays for a refreshing swim in the Atlantic Ocean.
