I am Rafa, your host.

I work jointly with my son Rafa running this holiday rental business.

We only manage the number of properties that allow us to give a personalized treatment to all our guests and take care of them with the same love and devotion.

The apartment is located in the exclusive Jardines del Mar complex (Golden Mile of Marbella). Jardines del Mar complex is located just behind one of the best hotels of the city, Gran Melia Don Pepe.

This residential complex has 24h reception service, private security, parking without any cost inside the complex and two simming pools surrounded by a tropical garden.

The complex is located 2 minutes walking to the beach and at just 15 minutes walking from Marbella old town.

Conference Centre of Marbella is located 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Los Mellizos restaurant is 5 minutes walking from the apartment, over there you can enjoy local dishes and all varieties of sea food and paella.

Nearby the apartment you can find also Lekune tapas restaurant that is a very well known tapas restaurant in Marbella. This restaurant is located at just 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Also, on the beach you'll find chiringuitos where you can taste delicious fish, sea food and paellas.

Within walking distance you'll find El Corte Ingles supermarket (5 minutes walking). You also have nearby Mercadona (7 minutes walking) from where you can buy fresh vegetables, fish, meat or fresh baked bread.

You have a Starbucks next to El Corte Inglés supermarket and the luxurious Capuccino café 100 meters from the apartment, on the seafront and with views to the sea.

From the apartment you can reach by walking distance the old town of Marbella and The Orange Square or Plaza de los Naranjos. Marbella´s narrow streets in the old town are filled with cozy shops, restaurants and cafes.

Puerto Banus harbour is less than 10 minutes by car from the apartment. Over there you'll reach one of the most luxury places on Costa del Sol. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.

If you are interested in long walks on the sea shore, you will surely discover the promenade which can take you to all the interesting restaurants and bars of Marbella. The promenade of Marbella is located 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

If you would like to take a boat trip, you can ask us and we will give you price for a boat charter experience with or without captain to spend a few hours or a whole day enjoying the sea and the views of Marbella. We have different rates depending on the boat and duration of the journey.
