On the first floor a large spacious open plan living room and kitchen with the most amazing picture window that dominates the space and floods it with beautiful natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, hob, oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. There's a smart dining area which comfortably accommodates four people.
The bathroom has a large shower / bath.
Then there's a spiral staircase that takes you up to a separate bedroom. Where a king size bed and a spacious wardrobe with high mirrors are located.

The flat is all for you to enjoy. We will meet you upon arrival, hand over the keys and give you all the guidance you need. Then we will leave you to enjoy your visit to Leeds. We will always be accessible to you by phone.
