On the other hand, the location of the accommodation allows you to easily explore any point of the island: the Serra de Tramuntana and its roads and coves, the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia and its spectacular beaches or the natural reserve of the Llevant Peninsula.

In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
