Situé sur Ocean Street entre Veteran's Beach et Kalmus Beach; notre grande maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes pour des réunions de famille ou des week-ends. La maison a plus de 2 200 pieds carrés, y compris les salles communes du premier étage pour se rassembler, et il y a aussi des zones séparées de la maison avec des chambres pour vous donner l'intimité de chacune de vos familles ou de vos couples.

Le salon commun dispose de 3 canapés et d’un écran plat de 42 pouces avec câble qui comprend un forfait sport pour regarder le baseball et le golf ou tout simplement vous asseoir et parler. Il y a aussi une grande salle à manger pour manger ou jouer à des jeux avec votre famille. Le patio en pavé uni est un must pour ceux qui aiment faire des grillades et manger à l'extérieur ou tout simplement s'asseoir et se détendre sur les chaises. Si vous recherchez quelque chose de différent à faire ou de vous sentir comme un défi, il y a deux salles de jeux complètes avec une table de billard pleine grandeur en ardoise, une table de hockey sur air et une table de baby-foot dans les 2 salles ajoutées à l'arrière de la maison. . La maison est joliment meublée avec des équipements et comprend une buanderie, un laissez-passer de propriétaire de plage permettant à un véhicule de se garer dans chaque voie navigable de la ville, sur toutes les plages, les étangs et les lacs, ainsi qu’à quatre voitures.

La maison est une promenade rapide et facile pour les enfants à deux plages avec snack-bar et des installations. Veterans Beach, 1/10 mile, est situé à côté de Hyannis Yacht Club, Mémorial Kennedy, Mémorial coréen. Possède une aire de baignade pour la baignade, une nouvelle aire de jeux, une entrée pour que les enfants puissent attraper des bestioles avec seau et filet, ainsi que des tables et des grils pour le pique-nique, si vous le souhaitez. La plage de Kalmus, à 3 km, est idéale pour la natation, le volley-ball et est réputée pour la planche à voile. Hyannis Harbour est à 7/10 de mile et vous trouverez des bateaux de pêche, charters et excursions, ferry pour les îles, des animations gratuites, des cottages artisanaux, centre d'accueil, restaurants. Continuez sur le «Walkway to the Sea», à un pâté de maisons du centre-ville. Vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et Kennedy Museum. Nous sommes proches de Hyannisport et du Kennedy Compound; shopping, golf miniature, théâtres, aéroport et le centre de transport. Hyannis Country Club est moins de 5 miles et est un parcours public. Considéré comme le «hub» du Cap, Hyannis est pratique pour se rendre sur d'autres sites du Cap.

Great location for large group

We had six family members with one car. The house is large and basic. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper but you are basically on your own for everything else. The owner is responsive and helpful. The house was clean and we used the laundry room which was in great shape. The bathrooms are small and you have to hang your towels over the shower Or in the bedrooms on a towel rack. Overall, nice rental.

The home was spacious for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. It was clean, plenty of room, many amenities, and perfect for families. Easy walk to beaches and parks. Lots to do in the area. The hosts were most gracious and accommodating! I highly recommend it!

Great for multiple families

We had six adults and three kids under 3 in our group and the house was a great setup for us! Each family had their own space and didn’t hear other babies crying during the night. The hosts were a perfect balance of attentive but not intrusive. Communication was easy, the short walk to two beaches meant we didn’t need to use the cars every day, and the location provided easy access to grocery shopping and take out options. Highly recommend this property!

Expectations met and then some!

A superb find that comfortably housed two families (four adults & five kids, aged 6 to 15). Clean interior rooms, clean kitchen, well maintained bathrooms made for a great first impression and happy families upon entry. The house and property was set up in a way that you had comfortable privacy in your space, which was not be the case with other properties that we've rented. Twin beds were super for the younger kids, and older kids had their own beds whether a double or a futon. All slept very well. Importantly, given some kids are early risers, the bonus playroom was perfect to let them be active (and loud!) while others are able to comfortably sleep until mid-morning. As far as amenities: fast Wi-Fi, several TVs, lots of beach gear including towels, chairs, buckets and shovels, ample activities in the playroom, comfortable family room for everyone to gather and have fun, many bathrooms, and on a quiet street. In the kitchen, ample dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots to accommodate cooking for two families. Outside, two picnic tables with umbrellas and a gas grill for those afternoon barbecues. Our host was gracious, welcomed us upon arrival, was responded quickly by text, and accommodated several quick requests. Fantastic access to a pair of beaches, both in very close proximity, even easy walking distance. Not far away are several restaurants that fit everyone's tastes. Our experience was up-and-above. We look forward to returning and having more wonderful experiences in this very comfortable stay.

Fun family trip to the cape!

Liz and Mike’s house was perfect for our extended family trip the Hyannis. Communication and check in was simple. When we arrived, the house was very clean. It had plenty of room for 10 of us and the layout was spread out enough where we didn’t feel like we were all always in the same house. The kitchen was a bit small but having the separate dining room and big table to eat at was great. It was also nice to not have to pack extra towels or sand toys since there was plenty at the house. It is walkable to 2 smaller beaches which was convenient with a 1 year old. The walk to downtown Hyannis was about 20 minutes but definitely doable if it is not too hot. Liz also went out of her way to unlock the house for me after we forgot our keys! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to friends and family.

Best week ever

We had 4 adults a teenager, 5, two 3, and two 1, year olds in this house for a week, if you’re looking for a chill week with a beach almost in the front yard with enough space for everyone, this is the house for you. Amount of bathrooms and showers with plenty of hot water was amazing after a long day at the beach and ten of us to shower. It’s even close enough to walk to some good restaurants and downtown area. Just enough outdoor space to have a few themed dinners on the patio and access to a very well kept grill was super, with an added bonus of a game room. I can safely say I played more pool and air hockey then I have in years. All in all, looking for a low key beach vacation with stuff to do in a short distance, this is the house for you.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great time at this property--there was plenty of space for my family, my brother's family, and our parents. The upstairs suites were especially good for family units. The two closest beaches were very easy walking distance even with littles and provided nice variety. The harbor and main st were also easy walking distance. The owners were really friendly and responsive.

Centrally located & perfect for 2-3 families

Perfect for multiple families

The house was super clean. The house set up is perfect for multiple families as the rooms were spacious and spread out throughout the house. Liz and Mike were great, easy to communicate with as needed. Everyone loved the game room. The walks to the beach were under 5min. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cleanest house we ever rented

The location of this house is perfect. We easily walked to the beach every day. The Kalmus beach was like a private beach in the evening, even over the busy holiday week. The fireworks at Veterans beach were spectacular and what was even better was walking back to our house without being in traffic. The house was so clean. They had everything we needed, fresh towel and linens cleaning supplies and the kitchen was stocked perfectly. The house was cool at night and there was a beautiful breeze every afternoon on the patio. The owners were pleasant and available at all times. Not that we needed much assistance. The Cape was fun to explore. The harbor is so close it’s an easy walk. We also walked to Main Street for lunch and dinner. It’s such a cute town! One of the highlights of the trip was a guided kayak trip. But book early because it was full. I also recommend the Natural History Museum on the North side. We spent a lot of time sea fishing and my only regret was not having enough water shoes. The shells were sharp and there were so many crabs! It was an amazing experience. We loved every minute of it and would return to this house. It was so immaculate and so stocked with everything. Our three families all fit and has private bathrooms. The game room was so fun for the kids. There all worked on their pool game. It was the perfect quiet place for our family. Liz also has great advice on things to do and see. Great time!

A perfect beach rental

A perfect rental for an extended family with separate living areas and FIVE full baths! A short walk to beaches, ferries and a busy Main Street. Owner provides linens, drying racks for laundry, and washer/drier. Nice patio with gas grill and two picnic tables. Comfortable and immaculate!

Absolutely tremendous!

We had a wonderful time in Cape Cod, and the house couldn't have been more perfect. There were three beaches very close by; two we could walk to, and one was a block away, which we drove to. The one that we drove to had bathrooms and a snack bar, everything that we needed to complete our day. The owners are awesome to work with. We went with our two children, their spouses, and our five grandchildren, ages 3-7. It is a family vacation we will never forget. I highly recommend!!!

Awesome experience. Perfect location and Mike and Liz are great to work with. Home was perfect.

The home was exactly as they described and fit our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay again but for a longer time as there is so much to do in the area.

Multi-Family July 4th "Family" Vacation!

While this review is later than we wanted to post, we absolutely wanted to share how WONDERFUL our vacation was and how much we enjoyed this property. It's a bit lengthy, but we wanted touch upon everything we did, not to mention I like to read about others' experiences to help me in my property decision. My husband and I honeymooned on Cape Cod 37 years ago and this was vacation with our adult children and grandchildren....9 people total. We all reviewed several properties and based on the description (that was complete and accurate), we selected this property. We found it to be well-maintained, very clean and inviting. The owners were gracious hosts and very helpful. It was very convenient to have them close by...we actually needed a hose to rinse our kayaks and the owner hooked one up! The layout of the house was perfect for our needs....the upstairs master suites worked well for a family with children (our grandchildren are 5 and 2). The dining room table was large enough for all of us to sit together for meals. The game room was another great amenity....that we used frequently. It had an extra refrigerator which allowed us to limit our trips to the grocery store!! And the baths....we all basically had our bathroom!!! The location was perfect....a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, but still close-enough to the Hyannis village shops and restaurants, which are within walking distance...about 20 minutes. There are also two very nice beaches within walking distance....we just put everything in our wagons and didn't need to deal with loading and unloading the cars, It was awesome not having to deal with traffic after the fireworks that we watched from Veterans Beach. The Cape has so much to offer for activities and we had the added excitement of July 4th with several holiday-specific events. Neighboring towns are a short car ride away.....Chatham was charming. Our other activities a morning harbor cruise, a day on Martha's Vineyard, golfing, and biking at sunrise at the National Seashore. We would DEFINITELY stay at this property again and highly recommend it for your Cape Cod vacation.

Perfect location!

This house is lovely, gigantic, and situated between a beautiful beach and quaint shopping area. The rooms of the house were spotless and the game room kept everyone occupied on the one rainy day we had (as did the mall and movie theater, which are also only ten minutes away). As an added bonus, the owners kindly gave us the name of a local mechanic when one of our cars needed service, which saved us a lot of hassle (and, I'm sure, money). I can't say enough about this rental, except book now!

Great Cape Cod Experience

We spent a week here in mid August and can't say enough great things. This was our first time visiting Cape Cod and traveling with 3 generations ranging from 6 weeks to 70 years old poses a challenge, but this home was the perfect choice for our family. Walking distance to downtown, ferries and the beach made every day so fun and convenient. We were able to have some meals at "home" utilizing the grill and the fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for us, giving everyone their own private space and bathroom. We would definitely return as our family continues to grow and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a large, clean, and comfortable vacation home.

Great Cape Cod Experience

We loved this house!! So clean and spacious - can't say enough about it. The location is fantastic - walking distance to downtown/ferry. The kitchen was well equipped and the towels and linens provided were of great quality. They pretty much include everything you think you'll need for a beach vacation including beach chairs and toys! Liz and Mike could not have been nicer. They were readily accessible if questions or needs came up - very helpful! We had an incident in the game room, which Liz and Mike were very gracious about and even returned our full deposit. I highly recommend this rental and hope to do it again next year!

Perfect vacation home

We loved everything about the house! We had a group of 12 from age 5 to 76 and it was perfect. The upstairs suites were perfect for my daughters and their families and the two bedrooms downstairs were away from the noise. Everything was clean and well furnished. Liz and Mike were nearby but not intrusiver and took care of all our needs and questions. We cooked in most of the time and found the kitchen very well equipped and the dining room spacious with a table large enough for all of us! We also are at the two picnic tables on the patio especially with a messy meal like steamers! The kids loved riding their bikes to the beach, for ice cream and into town. There are three beaches within walking distance and we enjoyed them all. The game room provided many hours of entertainment for everyone. The beds were all very comfortable and bedrooms roomy. I cannot not think of one thing that was lacking and we have rented many different places. We definitely hope to go back. Thank you Liz and Mike!
