Close to the beach and air conditioned! Enjoy all that the Cape has to offer within walking distance, including beaches, shops, restaurants, entertainment at the renowned Melody Tent and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. This spacious beach cottage has hardwood floors, outdoor shower (seasonal Memorial Day - Labor Day), private back deck, and gas grill. This is the perfect summer getaway for couples, families, or friends.

Hardwood floors, fully air conditioned, open floor plan, renovated interior, master suite, private yard, gas grill, and laundry in the basement. This spacious 3-bedroom home has 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower making it easy for the whole family to clean off after a sandy day at the beach. Sit back and relax in our private back yard and grill dinner on the gas grill. We also have a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. Our two bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels and washcloths. Guests will also have access to beach chairs and beach towels. Rain in the forecast is no problem here with the spacious living space inside to do a puzzle or play board games.

We are half a mile from Keyes Memorial Beach and the famous Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port and a mile from the excitement of Main Street where you can shop and enjoy a lobster roll or clam chowder. Not a seafood lover? Enjoy one of the many other cuisines Hyannis has to offer. Two miles down the road you will find the beautiful Craigville and Covell's Beaches. Two miles in the other direction you can hop on the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket for the day.

This cottage is centrally situated making day trips to other parts of the Cape a breeze, including historic Chatham, Wellfleet Flea Market, and the lively Provincetown. This cottage has everything you are looking for during your Cape Escape!

Great spot!

Nice house within walking distance (15 mins) to Keyes Memorial Beach, which was pretty secluded and chill, very family friendly in late August. It’s on a busy corner, but a five minute drive to Main Street, which was great. Plenty of space, very comfortable rooms, would definitely recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was clean, had everything we needed and close to everything! Our kids wanted to stay longer. This is the perfect place for a family or a couple wanting to be close to the Hyannis Main Street.

Great place for a small group of friends to stay. We cane for a bachelorette during the off season and had great access to beaches and stores etc. Probably best to have a rental car to get around unless you want to order ubers a lot

We stayed for a girls getaway weekend and the house was great. It was very clean and the decor was perfect for a cape getaway. Location is close to beach and downtown. Its a busy road so traffic was the only downside. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location & Darling Decor

We were a family making our first trip to Cape Cod for our son’s wedding in Hyannisport - used VRBO map to find closely located homes and I am particular about furnishings, decor, outside space and parking. So fortunate to find this home that ticked all boxes. Interior is well represented by the photos. Just darling. Comfortable seating and beds, nicely appointed bathrooms, kitchen had all we needed. AC units worked very well. Driveway wasn’t as challenging as other guests posted. Perfect location.

Spring break at Cape

We loved the place, it was very clean and exactly as pictured/described. It made for a great base location for exploring the Cape. There are several beaches within a mile or less. The only challenge was rhe driveway being so close to the intersection. There wasnt a lot of traffic and it was tricky as people tend to roll through the stop signs. Loved the place and would stay again!

We loved this house -- the fun island/beach-themed decorating, the super-comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the cosy living room and the friendly helpful host. Plenty of space for getting together AND for privacy. We'd love to come back when the weather is warm and try the outdoor shower.

This house was very nice, clean, and perfect for a few couples. 3 bedrooms with AC well kept and a short distance from beaches. Check in was very simple and contact with the owner was quick and easy. Only negative which wasn’t a real negative was the driveway was on the corner of an intersection. Would definitely recommend to other couples or families.

Hyannis Cape Home

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely Cape home. Spotless clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location in quiet and nice neighborhood close to Main Street and the ferry harbor. Beds are notably very comfortable and each room is individually climate controlled with updated remote controlled Carrier units, a truly marvelous feature. Check in and communication with host was simple & easy. Five star in every way for us and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect set-up

My husband, two daughters and my 80 year old parents stayed here the last week of June. The interior was very clean, well maintained and decorated with class. We put my aging parents in the master so they could have on-suite bathroom while we shared the opposite side of the house with my daughters. Great place, pretty good proximity to town. :)

Great property in a convenient location

We loved our stay here! The house was close and convenient to Craigville Beach, Hyannis and everything else we had planned for our trip. The owners provided extras that others don’t, like soap, paper towels and toilet paper. That was a great touch, thank you. Only two small things for improvement. First, we couldn’t find a dustpan and that was very much needed with three kids. Second (and I know this is the neighbor and not you, but the bushes on the driveway made it difficult to spot cars coming around the corner and a few exits were a little hairy. But that’s very minor stuff and did nothing to take away from a wonderful vacation in a great house.

Lovely house close to Hyannis Conference Center

We enjoyed our recent July stay at this property. We were in town for a week-long event at the Hyannis Conference Center and the house was a close 2 minute drive down the street. It was also just a short drive to Main Street in Hyannis, several nice beaches, and Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruises. The house itself was clean, nicely decorated, had comfortable furniture and beds, and a good layout for two families to share. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware, and the lack of a dishwasher wasn’t a problem for us. It was especially humid the week we visited and a dehumidifier upstairs would have been helpful to control the noticeable moisture in the air, but the house was always comfortably cool. We agreed with previous reviewers that the driveway is in a challenging location being around a blind corner of a 4-way stop and drivers need to be very careful pulling out of the driveway. Thank you Christine for providing us with a lovely place to stay in Hyannis!
