Ce 5 chambre 3 salle de bain complète maison de plage est l'endroit parfait pour votre famille. Marcher sur la plage, à pied des restaurants ou vous asseoir et grill à ce point de vue maison de plage. Cette maison a une immense terrasse donnant sur l'océan Atlantique. L'air de l'océan vous détendre et le bruit des vagues va vous endormir. Il ya 5 chambres à coucher, deux salles de séjour, la télévision par câble et internet sans fil. Incredible stay. Check in was great. Well appointed kitchen and working gas grilll!! Position A location. Waking up with coffee on the deck over looking the ocean and winding down the day, rehashing the days events while having kiddie cocktails and ice cream on the deck was such a treat.

Great location

We loved this house! Great location and lots of room to spread out. One of our favorites was the second floor deck. It had a great view of the ocean and a nice spot to eat. Having to launder linens required some planning but we got it done and left on time.

Lovely beachside home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location cannot be beat-right across the street from a beautiful beach, a short walk to snack bars and the best ice cream on Cape Cod-4 seas. The house has a great layout with plenty of room to spread out and lots of privacy. There are two living rooms which was very welcome when traveling with teenagers.

Birthday weekend

Amazing location across the street from the beach. It was so nice to wake up and take a walk in the morning and again at sunset. The road was a little busy but you don’t hear the traffic inside the house. I appreciated the two separate areas to watch TV. Lots of rooms and space. There are some opportunities for updates and refresh but overall a great place.

Fabulous beach view property

My group was six women who love to golf. Being across the street from beautiful Craig's beach also allowed some to walk the beach in am or stroll at suns set. The property was great! Enough room for all with ample number of baths. The third bath is in need of refurbishing but was sufficient. The fifth bedroom in back was dank and dark and had to be accessed from another bedroom which was not too good when one was asleep in the access bedroom. The kitchen was small but updated nicely with new granite countertops and sink. There were all comfortable beds with new linens. The location was great near Hyannis and the golf courses were in 10-15 minutes away. All in all, we had a great time in a beautiful clean property!

Thank you for your review. Just for clarification the 5th bedroom has two exits directly to the outside of the property. One from the bedroom itself and one from the rear living room so that you do not have to pass through any other bedrooms if other guests are sleeping. It also has a jack and Jill bathroom set up for the rear bedroom.

Best spot in the neighborhood!

Conveniently right across the entrance to the beach, easy access in and out, and it takes very little time from rental to beach and beach to rental. If you want to stay away from the crowd, but still want the beach, there is the front balcony on the second floor. We fell in love with it. Enjoyed the sun, breeze, and view during the day and went to the beach an hour or two before sunset when it was less crowded.

Great beach proximity

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay! The ability to walk to the beach with 3 small kids was a must. There is a nice walk up food cafe within walking distance. The house was large with 5 large bedrooms, full kitchen with all necessary kitchen items. The house was clean and had multi zone AC. Two comfortable living areas with Tv's and a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Todd was quick to write back and gets an A for communication (we had a dishwasher issue while there). The drawback for our family was the noise from the road (loud at night w cars and motorcycles), parking lot and beach traffic. There is a small walkway to the beach, but it is very close to the road and not conducive to walking with 3 little kids. Would recommend!

The perfect beach house!

Lots of room for lots of people and the rooms were large, not cramped. Perfect location, just steps from a very nice beach. Kitchen was nicely stocked; plenty of linens and towels; beach toys and chairs for the crew. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property on the beach!

Enjoyed our stay despite the 50 degree Memorial Day weekend weather! Some small snags here and there but the property owner was extremely attentive and everything was quickly addressed.

Clean, beachfront home

Overall our trip was amazing. Great location to the beach and lots of space for all of us to spread out and enjoy our time at the beach. Some down sides: The outdoor shower was broken- I was very excited to this and disappointed when we got there and It did not work The AC either doesnt work or doesnt work well. we had one day that It was so hot and sticky and could not cool off. but otherwise we did not need It.

Catlin: Thank you for staying at my property. Sorry the outdoor shower was broken during your stay. Unfortunately getting a plumber during the summer months at the Cape is like winning Powerball. We have since had the shower fixed. Thank you for letting me know about the AC. We had a brand new system installed on the off season so it should be ice cold in the house. I will have the HVAC folks get out to correct the issue. Hope to see you next year. Todd

Best family vaca in a long time

Overall the property was pretty great. The house was large enough to accommodate the entire family (7 adults, 3 children including 1 toddler). The owner was super responsive via text message. The deck addition is really nice and up to date. Only complaints would be the lighting, a few of the light switches didn't turn anything on or off and I think some of the light bulbs need to be updated. There was no outdoor firepit, which would have been nice. Check in was easy, however, we had a tough time finding the key when we initially got there, the trash pick up on Monday was GREAT not having to put anything by the curb. Seeing as we had people sleep in every bed it was difficult to get all of the linens cleaned before a 10 am check out on Sunday. TO be honest we booked this house about 6-7 weeks before staying, so it was definitely a GREAT find and well worth it... I personally would definitely stay again here in the future. Thank you Todd for the family memories.

Jessica: So glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, the town does not allow us to have outdoor fire pits. Post stay I did notice some of the lamps were unplugged by prior tenant's which probably explains the switches not running anything Check in and out times were greatly affected by COVID cleaning protocols' this year, hopefully we can get back to the later checkouts next year. We are also undergoing major renovations this winter with electrical upgrades, new heating and central air system, fresh paint and new hardwood floors just to name a few. Hope to see your family back next year.

Lovely home and great stay

We traveled with 6 adults and 3 children. This lovely home had more then enough space for us! We all fit comfortably in the rooms. The layout is perfect for multiple families. The decor in the house is super cute as well! It has everything you need. The house was very clean upon arrival. The location was perfect for us. It is just a quick walk across the street. The only issue we had was the listing states 4pm check in and 11am check out. The day before check in we received a welcome email stating due to Covid-19 the check in/out times have changed. Check in was 5:30 and check out was 10am. It was a bit of an inconvenience since we had already made plans. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you!

Beach Week

My family had a wonderful time staying at the beach house, going to the beach and visiting the local attractions. The beach house was a compliment to our visit, it had plenty of space, and the deck afforded a beautiful view of the ocean at days end. The landowners were responsive when called and answered every question we presented, thank you. We would definitely recommend this house to other folks as we all walled away with a positive experience , a fun time, and a vacation to remember.

Location was the only nice thing about this place

Unfortunately when we arrived the house was not clean. We had dirty dishes and a trash bag with paper towels all over the yard. The house is in need of a deep cleaning. Old soap was left in the shower. We let the owner know but nothing was done to fix. There was crickets inside the house. It was not a pleasant stay.

Kim: As I stated you when you contacted me during your stay it was unacceptable to have the cleaning company leave the trash bag and paper towels outside the home prior to your arrival. These items should have been removed. Additionally, the two dirty pans and soap should have also been caught by the cleaning staff. I reached out to the cleaning company during your stay but did not get a response in time to have them return to the property to make sure things were right. They had provided excellent service for the past 4 years as you can see from the prior reviews, however, during your stay they did not. I have since terminated this cleaning company based upon your complaints. Unfortunately, my wife and I were out of town during your stay otherwise I would have come to the property myself to make it right. Thank you, Todd and Anne

Location was great - footsteps to the beach, easy to go back and forth. View from the deck was absolutely wonderful, especially at night for stargazing and watching the ocean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My wife and I bought this property several years ago and own other rental property in the area. We have our own home minutes from this property and can respond to tenants every need. The property was completely painted in October of 2022 and underwent major renovations in 2015 and a new huge deck in 2017 and new flooring in 2023. We try to do a project every year some can be seen others not like the new roof insulation, hardwired smoke system and central air conditioning unit.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location Location Location!!!!! The water temperatures are as spectacular as the views often in the high seventies in the summer months.
