2400 Sq Ft home with easy self-check-in with keyless entry, High-speed internet, HD cable and easy sign-in access to your streaming services. We have a well-stocked kitchen with a granite countertop, NEW refrigerator & double oven, with a gas range, filtered water both next to the sink and in the icemaker, electric kettle, multiple coffeemakers, and a propane BBQ.

The house features a beautiful yard with an outdoor dining area, family sized hammock, wood burning Solo Stove, outdoor games, and storage access for bikes and/or boats. We provide beach amenities, toys, and baby gear. We offer shorter rentals from mid-September through May. We are responsive hosts that know that this is your vacation!

• Across the street from Millway Beach: which boasts smooth sand, calm clear water & epic low tides/tidal flats excellent for finding sea life; roped of swimming area, restrooms, a visiting ice-cream truck and gorgeous views of Barnstable Harbor, Sandy Neck Lighthouse & sunsets!

• Walkable to Barnstable Harbor, which offers a public boat launch, whale watching, sunset cruises, fishing charters and two restaurants.

• 0.6 miles to Barnstable Village, its charming history dating back to the 17th century, plus a well-stocked market, 5-star coffee shop, restaurants, galleries, stores, and a playground.

• Only 15 minutes by car to all major amenities: grocery stores, box stores, ferries, airport, hospital, etc.

First Floor: 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, small office setup, ¾ Bath with large newly renovated shower with shower stool available, Open concept modern Kitchen, Dining, and Living Rooms, gas fireplace, mud/sand room and a NEW large Washer/Dryer set.

Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms: (1) Master bedroom with a NEW premium Queen sized bed, walk-in closet, small office setup and private patio with ocean views, (1) bedroom with 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin/single, and (1) bedroom with Bunk beds plus a twin/single bed. 2 Pack n’ Plays & a trundle available. 1 shared Full Bathroom with large newly renovated shower and separate air-jet bathing tub.

Outdoor Space: Good sized yard with seating for 8-10, a dining area, wood burning Solo Stove, family sized hammock, propane grill, outdoor shower, lawn games and a driveway that will fit 4 cars.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
We’ve had questions about the access to Millway Beach!
Our residential easement is a “rustic” dirt path and you do have to walk down 4-5 large rocks to get to the beach. Pictures included. We’ve never personally had any issues.
You also have access via the public beach. It is 0.2 miles away and offers stairs, down to the sand.
Millway Beach has nice sand, not rocky, great for building sandcastles, tidal flats, and lots of sea life. There is sea grass. The bay is calm, shallow and not too cold. The views & sunsets are gorgeous!
