Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This fully air-conditioned 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is just steps from the private association beach and heated pool, offering comfort, convenience, and stunning water views.
Main Floor: The open-concept living area features brand-new wood floors, plenty of seating, and a large Smart TV. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and flows into a dining area for 12. Step out to the lower balcony with a Weber natural gas grill and outdoor dining for 8. A half bath completes this level.
Second Floor: The primary bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, new A/C unit, and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds, Smart TV, A/C, and a cozy window seat with courtyard views. A hallway full bath with tub/shower and in-unit washer/dryer are also on this level.
Third Floor: The third bedroom features a king bed, A/C, and private balcony with beautiful views of Lewis Bay and Kennedy Park Beach.
Fourth Floor: The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds, Smart TV, A/C, and Lewis Bay views.
Rooftop Deck: Your private rooftop balcony provides panoramic water views, seating for 8, and multiple tablesâideal for sunbathing, evening cocktails, or stargazing.
For added fun, board games, puzzles, and playing cards are provided.
Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August; weekends only in June; closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have limited hours the last two weeks of August due to lifeguard availability. The decision regarding pool closures is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control.

In order to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for your vacation pleasure, Condominium Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced. Each unit is individually owned.

To enhance your vacation experience, Kinlin Grover Compass includes Xplorie, which means free admissions and equipment rentals everyday of your stay at select popular attractions in the area.
As a guest of Kinlin Grover Compass, you'll receive free tee-times, free equipment rentals, free admission and free tickets to some of Cape Cod's best activities! Activities and availability are subject to change.
**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

"Liked: Cleanliness Great Location for Family Vacation! The layout of the home was perfect for 2 couples, a teenager and an infant. Clean and all the supplies we needed were there when we arrived. Property management was very helpful. Easily walkable to beach, pool, harbor and town!

"Liked: Cleanliness Location! Location! Location! I rented the condo for myself, my husband, and my son's family (him, his wife, and a 1 and 5 year old). The space was perfect for all of us. We loved being able to walk to the complexes private beach and having a large on-site pool. The location in Hyannis was perfect. The complex is adjacent to a beautiful public beach with a playscape for children, the ferry, and plenty of restaurants. Downtown Hyannis is a short walk, bike ride, or drive from the condo. We've stayed in several other areas of the Cape and this was our favorite. The only issue is the lack of parking if you have guests visiting (my daughter and her family were close by) because there's only 2 parking spaces. This may be no issue for most people. We would love to return next year
