The fourth bedroom also views of Lewis Bay and has two twin beds, new AC unit and a new Smart TV! The washer & dryer is conveniently located on the second floor as well as another full bathroom with a tub & shower.

Enjoy family style meals prepared in the extra wide open newly renovated kitchen and dining room that seats 12. The living room is also extra wide and has a giant new smart ~ flat screen TV plus plenty of seating for everyone. You will enjoy your BBQ from a Weber Natural Gas Grill on the lower balcony with seating for 8. This condo has central air conditioning on the bottom level and ductless mini split AC in all the bedrooms making this home the perfect temperature during the hot summer months.

Pool Hours are seasonal. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. July and August open daily. Closed after Labor Day.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
