Luxurious villa "Casa La Perla" in Tropea area

The luxury villa is located in "Residence dei Fiori" on one of the most beautiful coasts of Italy ("Coast of the Gods") and near the popular and authentic town of Tropea (In 2021 elected as most beautiful village in Italy) . The villa overlooks the Sea, beaches and the Aeolian islands. Sicily is an hour drive.

The communal pool (for residents only) is equipped with jet streams, Pelikaan and children's pool.

The beautiful beach of Zambrone is only a few minutes away from the villa. It is your view from the villa.

The town of Tropea is about 15 minutes drive away and is built on an 80 meter high rock above a beautiful beach. Tropea is known and loved by the Italians and tourists and has many restaurants and shops.

The airport "Lamezia Terme" is 45 minutes away and can be reached via various (low-cost) airlines.

The villa has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and several terraces, including a large roof terrace.


The modern Italian kitchen (scavolini) contains a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove / modern extractor and microwave oven.

Each room has air conditioning.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
In the living room there is a couch, middle table, dining table and a large LED TV with satellite reception of all Dutch channels and free international channels.

The villa has a large roof terrace with sun beds and dining table with luxurious chairs, large terrace in front of the house with luxurious lounge set and spacious garden with outdoor shower (cold and hot water) and gazebo.
You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Aeolian islands, especially on the Stromboli (active volcano) with breathtaking sunsets.
The 'Costa Degli Dei' has beautiful coastal landscapes with unspoiled nature and intense azure blue, crystal clear sea water.

Zambrone is an authentic Italian village that mass tourism has no control over. Located between Tropea and Pizzo it is the ideal base to stay during your holiday in Calabria.
The house is part of a residence under construction.

You can make various trips such as:
- Boat trip "Stromboli by Night"; you can then see the glowing lava flowing into the sea
- Various (snorkel) boat trips along the beautiful coast
- By car to Reggio Calabria and possibly visit Sicily
- Several nature parks in the vicinity.
- Tropea (15 minutes) and Pizzo (20 minutes) are authentic and nice towns with many restaurants, shops and beaches.
- Capo Vaticano has one of the most beautiful views of Italy on the coastline, beaches and azure blue sea.
