The house is located in a small and exclusive residence surrounded by greenery, in one of the most beautiful areas of Capo Vaticano. From the structure the sea can be reached on foot via a comfortable concrete staircase equipped with a handrail. the beach below is one of the most beautiful coves of Capo Vaticano, reachable from this private staircase or by sea, not from public access, which makes it even more exclusive.

Arranged on two levels and part of a three-family villa, Villino Ponza is the ideal home for four or five people.

On the ground floor it has the living area consisting of a living room with fireplace, kitchen complete with all accessories and bathroom. On the upper floor, which is accessed via a spiral staircase, there is the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. In the room in front, also on the upper floor, there is a queen-size sofa bed, to accommodate an additional guest.

The house, located a few steps from the swimming pool shared with the guests of the other villas, has a private patio furnished with sofas and deckchairs, where there is a practical brick barbecue.

In addition to the residence parking, Villino Ponza also has private parking.
