AMORE RENTALS - Casa Iommart with Private Terrace, Air Conditioning and Internet Wi-Fi

CASA IOMMART is a cosy apartment for 4 people. It is 80 square meters in size and features a private terrace, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on the first floor, and there is a lift in the building.

You’ll be roughly 600 m from the centre of Sant'Agnello, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and public transport links. About 800 m away, there is a convenient lift which, for the small cost of a few cents, will take you directly to Piano di Sorrento beach.

The location of the property makes it easy to get to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Pompeii, Naples and Capri.

You won’t need a car to stay at Casa Iommart, but if you do come by car, you’ll be able to park it in a pay car park at a discounted rate. Prior reservation is required.

Once in the building, you can get to Casa Iommart via the lift or the stairs.

Please note that, on rare occasions, the owner may pass by your terrace to access her home, which is next door.

THE TERRACE is furnished with a table and chairs for four people. From here, you’ll be able to admire a wonderful view of an internal garden and the surrounding area.

THE LIVING ROOM is large, bright and tastefully furnished, and contains a sofa, coffee table, dining table for four people and a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and other small appliances. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the living room, you’ll have access via a glass door onto the terrace.

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and a TV and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You access the bedroom from the corridor.

THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. You access the bathroom from the corridor.

THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains two single beds and a TV, and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. You access the bedroom from the corridor.

Important things to know

- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.
- Final cleaning: 40,00 Euros
