Il s'agit de Majestic Sun, un complexe d'appartements de luxe situé sur Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort. Chaque unité offre une vue imprenable à 180 degrés sur le golfe du Mexique. Ce condo est une unité de coin de trois chambres / trois salles de bain - qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il y a un roi dans le maître, une reine dans la 2ème chambre d'amis et deux doubles dans la troisième chambre d'amis. De plus, il y a un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon pour un espace supplémentaire qui peut être nécessaire. Profitez des nombreux extras de cette maison de vacances de trois chambres, avec le confort et les équipements que vous souhaitez et attendez. It’s ok

•The host never once replied to my messages. I ended up calling Seascape, our check in packet was not in our room up on arrival •The toilet ran non stop. I did message the host, but no reply •The road between the beach and condo is loud and car alarms go off all through the night. As well as ER sirens. Which was something I never thought of. •It could use an update for sure, all the beds squeak and the lighting is not very bright at all.

EIGHT WIVES NEEDED A VACATION

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location Location. Majestic Sun is right on the spot to rent. We didn't see the need to wait till 4:45 to get call to check-in. Condo was not cleaned or mopped. We prayed they changed the sheets. Dust was so thick on the a/c door, we had to clean it. That dust didn't happen overnight. Overall, Condo was Beautiful. I would rent again just thought to inform owners need to check your cleaning staff.

Four 60+ year old girlfriends for a Beach Weekend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The penthouse condo we rented was taken from us and we were offered $100 to change to Majestic Sun A1112. This unit was in complete disrepair. The dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet. The hot water was impossible to find. The place was filthy. I’ve never received my $100 and a once responsive rep from Seascape has gone quiet. Go AirBNB folks.

There was a "squeal" when you flushed the toilet or ran the master bedroom, but otherwise, we would stay there again.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit, 1112A, was very nice and updated. The living room could for used additional seating. Renting through Seascape was seemless. Overall, we've been coming to Majestic Sun, Seascape for over 15 years. The resort, Majestic Sun, does need some updates. Elevators always seem to have at lease one down per building, stairwells and overall complex could use a good cleaning and update. Overall, I'd stay again and the unit was very nice.

Lights were out and had to open the curtains in the bedroom to see. Had to buy wash clothes because we were not provided enough. The code did not work for the pool and no one would help because it was the weekend

Poor customer service

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amenities were fine and location was perfect. Staff was rude on the phone and not helpful when asked to supply linens that weren’t in unit upon arrival. The cardinal rule in customer service is to make the customer happy and no attempt was made. Our second stay here but never again.

Bare bones accommodations

There were no rugs or doormats of any kind to wipe your feet on. The bedding and pillows were horrible - worse than staying in a motel 6. One bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain. We were provided one trash bag for a 5 day stay and minimal tiny towels. Take better care of your rentals!

September Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities! The view was spectacular. No issues with cleanliness and check in was a breeze. Beds were comfortable as well. The condo could use more towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels as there was only one small rack in each bathroom. We would recommend this condo for sure.

Majestic Sun Unit 112A has been sorely neglected

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, Unit 112A has an air of neglect and not being well cleaned and maintained. The pictures posted online are old pictures, although I am glad the dining room table and chairs have been replaced.I had to clean the unit and wash all the dishes before I could use the kitchen. I am disappointed that there is not more care shown to make sure the unit is cleaned and maintained between stays. I know there is incredible pressure on Seascape to get the units turned over for the next guest, however, me having to take time out of my vacation and clean something that I am charged a hefty fee for is unreasonable. My lasting impression is I would not voluntarily stay in this unit again unless there are some updates done to alleviate the air of genteel poverty that permeates the unit.

Could be cleaner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got into the condo early in the day with no problem. It was spacious, with a fantastic location and a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. For the huge cleaning fee we paid, the condo was not very clean. Also, my first stop was Walmart to purchase more toilet paper, more paper towels, dish soap, dish rag, dish towels, etc. The furniture was not very comfortable and the balcony furniture was very rusted with a chair that was broken and unusable. That being said, the location was awesome. They just need to get a better cleaning service and up grade their furnishings.
