GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply alimited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an open/public network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Two (2) parking passes are provided with your stay! These will be on the kitchen counter for you. You will receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate upon arrival but please, replace this pass with the parking pass in the unit once you get settled. All motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Passes must include the unit number, arrival/departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please make sure your pass is filled out in its entirety to avoid receiving a ticket. The resort is very strict on this policy. If you need additional parking passes for your stay, please contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. There is a $15 fee for additional parking passes.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment. We do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.

POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ There is an indoor pool that is heated if the temperature falls below 80. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees. Pool hours are 8:00 am -10:00 pm daily year-round. There are no lifeguards at the pool, and your use of the pool is at your own risk. All pools have video surveillance, and pool users acknowledge they may be recorded. Follow all the rules posted in the pool area.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. Seascape HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for Resort grounds and amenities.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the HOA we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in to avoid cancellation with no refund. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn t an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe s in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING - Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with prohibited smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a unit s private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Beautiful beachfront view!

This condo was exactly as described. Three beds plus a sofa bed. Plenty of room for the four of us. Perfect for spring break!

AWESOME!

The view of the beach from this condo was stunning! Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the location to nearby eateries and fun spots were great. We have small children and LOVED that the door to the balcony made a noise to alert us it was being opened (there is an option to turn it off as well). 10/10 would recommend this condo to others. We found our new vacation spot!

Beautiful Location

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean from the balcony. Bedrooms are a good size and having two bathrooms was a huge plus! Overall we had a nice visit and would definitely return! Some things to keep in mind for future visits:-bring your own bottles of hand soap (only small bar soap provided) -bring own spray cleaner and dish soap as there weren’t any provided-also the beds were very comfortable but there weren’t any blankets-we were cold and actually went out and bought blanketsAlso good to know the pool downstairs does not have a restroom so the only thing we figured is that people had to return to their room anytime the bathroom was needed? Minor issues but good to know for future stays! Thanks for opening your space, it’s very pretty!

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO, to Destin, FL, in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles most operations, including Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, and Accounting, and helps oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues.

We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are! Small gestures go a long way in this business! We love to WOW!
