This lovely property in Cala d'Or can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The communal exteriors are wonderful and feature a well-kept garden, a BBQ and a 9 x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.9 m. The house is situated in a small residential area with three buildings in total.

Start your day with a large breakfast on the porch. This house offers accommodation on one floor and 100 m2. There are three bedrooms with two twin beds each, two bathrooms (one with bath tub and the other with shower), a cosy living-dining room with satellite-TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. We can supply one cot. There is A/C in the living room and in two of the three bedrooms.

If the beach is what you are searching for, Cala d'Or is the right place. The village forms part of the municipality of Santanyí. In the town centre you will find all services you may need during your holidays. Close-by there are lots of wonderful bays: Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Llonga. A 10 minutes' drive takes you to the golf course Vall d'Or. Furthermore, you can visit the natural park Mondragó, the fishing village Portopetro and the dreamlike bay Cala S'Almonia.

The house is on a land where are three detached houses, but the pool, the garden and the BBQ are shared.

We had a great time at Casa fiol. The house and environment was very nice and a great place to chill. Besides this the house and service were good and easy to follow! Except for a couple of good cutting knives we had everything we needed for a great vacation in Casa Fiol.

Amazing cute apartment with everything you need in a brilliant location

In a safe gated location, witb a lovely pool, very clean and a welcome pack in the fridge. Toni the owner was there to greet us and very helpful. For us, a group of friends in our 60s who holiday together every year the twin beds in every room were a bonus . It was quiet and just a 5 min walk to nearby shops ,restaura ts etc so no need to go into the maincentre , the beach is a 5 to 10 min walk , we will be back to enjoy cala dor again !

Superb holiday

Have just arrived back from our holiday this morning. Throughly enjoyed ourselves. Owner loverly couldn't do more to help us any questions we had dealt with very efficiently. Very secure if u have a young family only one entrance in and out which was key entrance only. Will defo be back next year. Would recommend to friends and family

What an amazing place.

What an amazing place. My family and I enjoyed a 5 night stay at Casa Fiol, and we would highly recommend a stay.! The Villa had everything we needed, although a couple more towels would have been useful, to use with the pool. The BBq area was fantastic. The grill stayed warm for a long time. We had a lovely time in the pool, and the seating area was spacious and well kept. The villa is in an excellent location, with two beaches, only a 5 minute walk away , as are a selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Tony, the owner, introduced himself and was the perfect host,making us feel at home and very welcome. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely place and hope to return myself un the very near future!

Es war eine schöne und entspannte Zeit, die ich sehr gerne in dieser Unterkunft wiederholen würde.

Sauber Haus, tolle Lage in einem tollen Ort. Zumindest außerhalb der Saison. Das Wetter war für den November gut. Baden im Meer war nach einer kurzen Überwindung möglich. Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. In der Küche haben bei Ankunft ein paar Kleinigkeiten zum Verbrauch gelegen. :) Aufgrund der Jahreszeit, war es im Haus recht frisch und etwas muffig. Auch durch die Heizung wurden die Räume nur mäßig warm. Der geflieste Fußboden war kalt. Warmwasser war auch nur bedingt vorhanden.

Beautiful villa in the centre of Cala Dor

Beautiful villa with pool and sunbeds provided. 3 good sized rooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect location. Within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Only downside for us was the lack of aircon in the 3rd bedroom but we asked our host for an electric fan and he provided it straight away. I had read previous reviews about the noise from the hotel next door but we didn’t find that an issue at all.

Perfect hiday location for the family

Lovely, clean accommodation within easy walk of beautiful beaches and the town centre. Very quiet area, nice sized pool. Also a short walk to catch the bus. No need for a car. A really lovely week away for the whole family.

Super Lage und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Supermärkte, Stände usw. sind fussläufig schnell erreichbar und der Pool war sauber. Wir können die Unterkunft getrost weiter empfehlen. Das Essen in den Restaurants in der nähe ist leider nicht so besonders.

la casa è molto carina

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 10 giorni, eravamo 3 coppie... complessivamente siamo stati molto bene, anche se una delle 3 camere non era molto spaziosa e non era possibile usare i 2 bagni insieme altrimenti non arrivava acqua Calda. Per il resto, la casa è molto carina, nei paraggi ci sono tutti i servizi (supermercato, farmacia, bar, ristoranti). Per quanto riguarda la zona sicuramente e più indicata a coloro che cercano umano vacanza trancquilla, il massimo dello svago é il campetto da minigolf, la posizione sull'isola é ideale per chi vuole godersi le calette più belle di maiorca.

La situation géographique est bien. Le propriétaire est disponible et serviable. La terrasse et le jardin sont appréciables et les pièces de la maison sont de bonnes proportions, nous avons pu manger à 7 personnes à l'intérieur sans difficulté. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité.

A small villa with 3 rooms. The kitchen had everything you need, proximity to the beaches about 5 minutes to one and 8 minutes to another. Everything was ready in advance. On the eve of departure, the Host offered (without additional treatment) a late departure at no extra charge, since the following guests came the next day.

Highly recommended!! Here are the details: Good beds with extra blankets. Full kitchen, we used all the appliances and everything worked well. Came stocked with chocolate, beer, and coffee, for that essential first night survival. Laundry worked fine, as did the two showers and the bathtub. The best part of the place is the gated drive to keep the tourists at bay. :) Will try to stay here again when we come again to Cala d'Or.

Fantastic

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir mussten kurzfristig unseren Aufenthalt auf Mallorca verlängern und sind 5 Tage im Oktober geblieben. Die Buchung hat schnell und unkompliziert geklappt. Der KOntakt zum Gastgeber war sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Den Pool hatten wir sie ganze Ziet für uns alleine. Durch das Hotel gegenüber ist es abends zu den Showzeiten etwas lauter. Ab 22 Uhr ist es dann aber ruhig. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
